The ice cream is a little bit too soft. . Well, I went last night June 2nd..... ordered nachos and they were selling cups of cherries. I asked for a cup of water with my order and she politely told me there were bottles of water for sale. Refuse to give me a cup of water. So I didnt want the nachos and I didnt want the cherries. They just lost a customer. Over a stinking cup of water!

They have a huge selection! If you dont know what they have or youve never been to a Michoacana I suggest you take the time to look at the whole menu! They have the craziest combinations but trust me they are yummy. Im basic and always go for cookies and cream. This Michoacana gave us alot more in our serving sizes than the one thats close to my house. FYI this can be pricey if you come in with a group of people so just be mindful.

They have great costumer service and the icecream is delicious. I have tried the tortas and they are good the only thing is that they should put beans on the tortas. I have tried the strawberry cheesecake icecream and its really good it has chunks of cheesecake. Its also very clean, I would recommend for people to come on a hot day or just to have a meal.

The place is ok, theyre not the nicest, but not worse,they dont acknowledge their customers when they come in.I got tostilocos, a small strawberry ice cream, and a canned coke, my son got, Esquite in a cup and a strawberry water.Pros-the prices are good,The place was mostly cleanThe food was alright not bad but not the greatest,the amount they serve is really good.Cons-They only have 2 girls working, and theyre slow, the water was served without ice and we asked for water base and got milk base, the tostilocos were bland and had no hot sauce even when I asked for extra.

Their mangoniadas are bomb! Homemade ice cream and individual popsicles galore! Unique flavors!! Super clean and tons of room so you and a buncha friends can enjoy one of their many treats! They have elote in a variety of flavors. Tons of fresh fruit/drinks too!

I liked the mazapan ice cream and I bought different paletas to try with my family and It sucks that some of them didnt taste to their flavor. I had high hopes for the gansito paleta and it was just a no for me. Looking forward to comeback and try other things

This is a Mexican ice cream shop. You have to try it out for yourself. I dont want to be a spoiler. What is a lot of flavors to choose from and different styles of ice cream. They dont just sell ice cream. Theres little snacks to but thats the hit and treat. Its a good place to visit with good prices. And satisfactory very clean and friendly

I just got home from purchasing 2 nieves, the nieves are good but the 2 Raspados especially the Lemon raspado its nasty taste and smell like restroom deodorant. The rompope raspado its thick as corn Starch. I dont know if they made the base out of flour but you cant enjoy it at all. its disgusting both are terrible and nasty theres no other best way to described the raspados. Cardenas raspados are way better. I will not recommend this two flavors to any one.

The ice cream was great. The place looked clean. The only issue I had was that there is no visible menu. It looked like there were really delicious treats but I had no idea how to order it.

So much stuff I didnt know what to get

So many delicious ice cream flavors and much more! This icecream was way different than anything Ive ever tried! So good! The interior is nice too! The white walls with the orange seats, it gives a good feeling.

Did a phone order a bit upset ordered a fruit bowl $12 i was told. Asked for different fruit mango was one I cant believe they served a white hard mango to me not even ripped at all. Top it off it was alot that was served what a waste of money. We go here often so does my daughter and Im pretty upset with this order. Giving business this is something they shouldnt serve to anyone at all you know when mango is ripped come on now! I could have been told when i got there but nope. Never again will i place a phone order!

Great service, called in ahead of time to order the mangoneadas and when I got there even though there was a long line I got served promptly and with excelente customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

We were the only ones there and since we didnt know what we wanted ( first timers) they kept leaving. We finally got service and every time we asked about something, they would give short answers with attitude, even eye-rolling. My order was also incomplete and when I asked for the rest of it, I got an eye roll. The customer service was horrible. But what we ordered was good

There is alot of different ice creams raspados etc.They all look good and you want to try them right?And you work for customer service then you know people would like to try what you have,instead the girls gave us a mean look they work so slow and still did not give me what I asked for. Not pleased.

Second time here & it gets better & better. I got the cookies & cream macaroon ice cream & it was delicious. The macaroon is crunchy yet soft, the ice cream is most wonderfully rich. And the service was good. This is a must stop if you live in SoCal.

I love the Michoacána but at this place they were very rude and I found a hair in my raspado and when I called to tell them they were rude on the phone to “just come in To change it “ and hung up on me I will not be going here again this wasn’t the first time they were rude towards the customers

Good ice cream, we go here at least once a week... My only complaint would be that they need to figure a better system on checking people out, often times we are waiting for someone to check us out after weve picked our flavors! Weve waited up to 15 minutes at the register!

Very friendly staff, I dont speak any Spanish and the staff always helps out to make things very easy to order. Add this to good prices, its always clean when I go in and everything is always delicious. This a must stop for anyone that loves Mexican snacks.

Great place, great people, great food, amazing ice cream. They recently partnered up with CHiPS for Kids toy drive for Christmas. Every kid who came in got to meet Santa, get a present, and a large scope of ice cream all for free. If you are in the area stop in and get some Ice cream you will not be disappointed!

This is a little slice of Mexico close to home. I always loved going to these with my Dad in Tijuana, Guaymas, or wherever we visited. The ice creams are excellent and the staff is always willing to make whatever you order exactly the way you like it.

Ice cream was sweet, service not so much. 👎The workers seemed unhappy and had attitude, they took it out on us. Also, they need to establish where the line starts because we were next but they helped the people that had just walked in??? My grandma told her that we were next and the girl ignored us and then mumbled something under her breath. Shes lucky I was with my grandma, just saying!😊

Place lacks authenticity, anything related to nacho cheese will be the same cheap disgusting quality youd find at a 7/11, theres one a block away for a fraction of the price. Bad service from workers, turn your back to laugh and bad mouth me is the reason why youre stuck working there! Its a franchise though and given the area I understand the half ass quality. Next!

Good but skimpy. Ordered large mangoneada and basically got a medium bc cup was so empty.

The ice cream was good, the portions were as to be expected. The server looked like Java the Hut ! Rude and lazy ! I asked to try one sample and she sighed.....hoo and haud like she had to walk on a treadmill or something. I was afraid to ask to try another do to what might she do next! All bs aside the experience was great except for the server.

Worst banana split ever, ice cream was melted. I let the cashier know and she gave me attitude and then ignore me. Wont come back again to this place. Ill be going to michoacano ice cream 3246 N E St, San Bernardino, CA 92405. Better customer service here.

This place has a horrible service, second time here and never again, they have the best desserts and mexican goodies but I’ll rather go to Rite aid .there was another family there complaining, hope the manager will take care of this awful service.

Walk in and waited about 6 minutes for someone to come help us, while there were 2 employees cleaning the display windows and another one helping a customer. The two cleaning bypass a couple of times and not once dogs they stop to help... if it wasnt for my kids would have walked out. Poor poor customer service. Their ice creams are good, too bad they have bad service!!

The popsicles didnt have much flavor. They tasted like frozen sugar water with salt. The three of us tasted each others popsicles before throwing them away. We just wasted our money

I went today to get 2 churros and they tried to charge me 4 dollars plus 1 dollar for taxes,$5 dollars for 2 miserable churros.Besides they have poor customer service and the workers there need to learn more how a business needs to be done.Never going back again.
