I go to this 7/11 all the time, know most of the people here they all cool.
7/11 in San Bruno, CA, San Mateo County, is the busiest one that I have ever encountered. And believe me, Ive encountered a lot of them, as Im sure many folks have. But this one, and ALL 7/11s are never empty for long, this one really stands out.Product availability, as well as a wide assortment of food, drinks, beverages, alcoholic and none, is always satisfied.Their food fresh every day, from salads to delicious, thick sandwiches. Of course toiletries, snacks, sweets stationed galore in the isles.Because its a smaller store, doesnt mean that you wont find s quick Dinner item in the frozen section right next to the ice, and desert could be had, out of the ice cream chest, always filled with cold yummies.Bring a chocolate bar or two, to an old friend. Make new ones when you get a variety of taquitos and/or pizza slices from the hot grill table. They even have TOILET PAPER people, toiletpaper! Im not kidding. Maybe I should keep that find secret, before the 5 individuals of the selfish kind, monopolize the purchase (again) and swoop them all off!Anyhow. Busy place, busy store, busy at the Covid-19 preparedand approved counter. That the employees, and/or owners of this particular 7/11 do not smile, and hardly speak, is something that Ive gotten accustomed to by now, in the last couple of years and maybe longer.Thats ok. I still get service and the correct change back, and their offerings of an acceptable price.Clean store, no bathrooms are also not a requirement. Half of the 7/11s do not offer facilities.Do to space availability perhaps. And like mentioned; plenty of stuff for everyone!Ill give them four stars, and when their communication skills develop out of its infancy, then they can have 5. 7/11 in San Bruno!
I went to 7/11store from 1970 and so on
They do not wear masks. stopped in today and left as soon as i walked in. the guy restocking the coffee condiments, No mask! the guy behind the counter, mask down around his chin. This is the 3rd time I have stopped by on my way home, they clearly do not care.
The store was clean. The clerk was helpful. But, now that I think about it, I dont recall seeing a mask on the clerks face.
All the guys there are always on there phone when they should be attentive to the customer.
Usually I buy 3 cups of ice cola or juice for the 3 sons ..the problem today hidding cups and the cashier just gave one cup saying you cant take more than one ...are you serious one for whom ??? The worst customer service in the worst days..
Eleven is great but the 7 is unbeatable
