I came in this morning to order two vent a pike coffees. I then watched the barista fill both cups with dark roast. When I asked her if they were Pike she said, no, do you mind waiting 3 minutes for Pike? I said sure, I will wait. After about 10 minutes I finally received the coffee, without the half and half that Id asked for.

Be prepared to wait. Ordered my mobile order drink at 8:43am. Didn’t get my drink until 8:55am. Line up wasn’t even long. And the sticker for my mobile drink wasn’t even on there. -_____-

AVERAGE STARBUCKS - so pretty good.

We used to come here all the time but the customer service has gone down the drain. We order our coffee and do curbside but we are so tired of waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get our coffee. We brought this up and the response we got was when we are busy we have to tend to the customers in the store. I guess were not real customers. Then the girl proceeded to tell us we would be served faster if we came in but we have someone with a compromised immune system and with covid prefer to not be inside with other people so we use the curbside. They dont care so now we go elsewhere.

Top notch commode!

Whatever you do, don’t expect to get your cold brew coffee fast. The coffee is brewed slow but also served slow. Let’s about the order processing, it went pretty smoothly ordered a hot coffee with no room for cream and a cold brew and a donut. Got the the hot chiffre very fast but then waited a long time like 20 minutes for the cold coffee which was confusing. Donut was very cakey and I burned my mouth on the coffee and really needed the cold coffee to heal my tongue. But the problem not with the ordering but with the waiting umm we got the hot coffee immediately but waited 20 minutes for cold coffee. I think there is a conspiracy with the city of San Carlos because I got parking ticket while I was waiting for my cold cofeee EVEN THOUGH I WASNT THERE FOR TWO HOURS, just twenty minutes. The parking sensors are definitely not working correctly and I think Starbucks is in cahoots with the city. I’m never coming to San Carlos again. Thanks Starbucks. 2 stars

Nice place but pretty small seating area

Theyve been going down hill. Ive had multiple orders missed and just today my online order was completely incorrect. Not sure how you can do that since the order is printed on the sticker.

Very good for a quick bite. Service is fast. Perfect for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. Although they should have better cups, to prevent the lots of spilling that happens.

Clean, well organized and well staffed this Starbucks is in a prime location at the corner of Laurel and San Carlos street. They make good drinks and are quick to do so. A location I would classify as a solid store.

I hate this branch. The staff seems to be unmotivated to even work. Impolite and disrespectful. They make me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. They should teach their staff manners and good customer service.

Staff seems friendly, esp evening staff. & its open late til 9pm. But really too small for anything but grab-and-go. More like an airport location, not meant for loitering. There are only 4 sets of indoor tables, though each table does have electrical outlets-- you just have to be lucky enough to get a seat.It can get kinda claustrophobic pretty fast.They do have reliable wifi, & a decent food selection as well as 1 accessible gender-neutral bathroom.But what is up with the cold, harsh orange tile seating outside? Hmmm.

The person who made my hot chocolate said that this might be the best hot chocolate Ive ever had, and I think she was right.

I only go because my wife and daughter like it. If you only knew What They pay for coffee and What They charge you. I know.

Due to a dairy allergy, I ask for Soy for my drip. Nearly every time I get looked at by the staff as if Im a jerk. So today I ask if its possible to have soy out with the other milk for ease of access...response no, you are SUPPOSED to pay more for soy. Who knew?Based on the baristas attitude to me about it though, Im thinking its time to either cut back on coffee or find a new spot where Im less of a nuisance.

Still enjoy going here however they move management and employees around so much it is hard to form relationships.

No matter which one, certain things are a given. Seating and comforts vary, but the coffee is dependable and well prepared.

Manager would not allow well behaved service dog despite sign. Enforced a 2-5 drink deal 5 minutes after 5.was in store ay 5. She may have been technically correct, but felt unwelcome. Stire very clean though

I just had the worst black iced tea. It was so watered down and I should have known by the light color but it was early in the morning and I was in a hurry. By the time I noticed I was at work and couldnt go back for a replacement. $2.65 down the drain.

Your average Starbucks nothing too special but the outdoor seating is nice.

What can i say - when i need my caffeine fix im here.

It can get quite busy during the morning commute since cal train is just about a block away. Service is fast and they are friendly. Standard Starbucks. Seating is minimal inside (3-4 tables inside) and there several seating outside. All outside seating is on the sidewalk and are partially covered. They do offer an ability to charge your phone wirelessly using the powermat dongle on all of the tables inside. I prefer Philz/Peets but Starbucks still gets it right in other areas to cover for the decent coffee.
