Technician believe the motherboard was bad and would need replacing . Technician inform me that the motherboards are no longer made for this model. I was charged $59 for the short visit. I made a negative comment towards the business. I Contacted the Owner Daniel and he returned my check . I have to give these people a positive review and would recommend anyone to give them a chance

I called about my Bosch dishwasher. The woman hung up on my first call. During my second call I told her my dishwasher was not working well. She then spoke at great length about how much it would cost to come out. Would you like to know the details about the issue first?? While that information is important, repair stores usually want more information before telling you the cost. They seem very focused on money and buying from their store. I will go somewhere else.

Good for inspection but grossly overcharge for repairs.They were very easy to contact and set up a same-day appointment for my malfunctioning dryer. The technician that came over was courteous and effective and the charge for the inspection ($40) was reasonable. However, for repairing the dryer, they quoted me $280 for what I later learned came down to a $20 part and half an hour of work to replace.I had no inclination to attempt the repair on my own, having no experience in appliance repair, but also did not want to spend $280 on an old dryer. After spending a few minutes on YouTube I became convinced that the repair would be simple. Ordered the part on Amazon, easily followed the instructions for a successful repair and very happy I didn’t waste the money and let Premier do the work.

I am extremely pleased with the service technician who remedied my wall oven problem. Felix was professional, clear in explaining the problem, remedied it with ease and cleaned up. He was polite, respectful and did the job...what else can one ask for?I will certainly call Premier Appliance if the need ever again arises and recommend them without question. And, oh yes, the consultation price is so very reasonable!

These guys were quick, honest, and inexpensive. For $40, they came out to take a look to see if my washing machine was draining properly. He said it was draining fine, but recommended I use some cleaner or vinegar to fix the smell. I had a different company come out two days earlier to review the same thing for $50, and they tried to charge me $500+ to fix the latch they broke and for parts to re-calibrate the tub. Ironically, they never even checked out the drain.

Outstanding. Knowledgeable, honest, clean, quick.To make it simple, we have Daniel out to check the old refrigerator in the garage (which, it turns out, has a dying compressor that is not economic to replace -- so he advised just being watchful in that it will die sometime, maybe sooner maybe later). His work was so professional that we decided to ask him to check the cleaning I had done on our Sears Kenmore Elite. He did it on the spot, no make another appointment. (Turns out Id done a good job but he still got a bit more dirt out -- very difficult to clean the coils on this model.)Highly recommend these people.

Five stars for honesty. Called them and they told me they werent experts in my type of equipment and referred me to someone else. Rare to get this kind of honesty and I can only imagine their service is equally good. They will be my first call next time I have issues.

Great service and very thoughtful. We had kind of an emergency and they were out quickly. Not only did they fix the main problem but fixed a couple other things in the refrigerator that we were told before couldnt be fixed.

Fantastic from start to finish! Called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Diagnosed the problem very quickly. Said he would need to order a part and would call me when it was in. He scheduled a follow up appointment within just a few days and showed up promptly once again. Had the new part installed and my dishwasher working great in less than an hour. Charged a very fair price. I will call Daniel again in a heartbeat if I have another appliance issue!

I have owned multiple appliances and have never met two men who are so knowledgeable about various machines (mine was manufactured in Italy) and have the ability to fix very complicated mechanisms in a short period of time. I have a feeling they just come for the fee they charge for visit. They give you such a high price for repair, and show you they are uncertain on their own diagnosis, you end up asking them to live and replace the broken appliance.The cost of replacing the board in my washer was $210, but they asked for $480. But since the tech wasnt sure, you dont know if that is really the fix.Also he told me everyone with the locked door loose the cloths unless break the glass. Just push the lock tab with a screwe driver and the door easily opens.

Highly recommend! Ive been holding off calling a repair service because I just knew that we needed to buy a new front load washing machine (that we had problems with from the day we bought this expensive machine & mind you, its a fairly new machine) but I called Premier Appliance San Diego and Daniel not only got my washing machine running like its never done before, he did it it record time at the most reasonable price. I was very impressed with Dan who scheduled my appointment and the repair guy, sorry forgot his name...Didnt want to shell out the money for a new fridge when my old was actually working, just leaking water. Dan scheduled my appointment for the same day and they came and fix it right away. I cant vouch for the longevity of the repair because it was just done, but I am sure they will come and fix it again under warranty if problem resurfaces. Honest and courteous company.

Premier Appliance Repair was the second company I contacted and I am very glad I went with them. From the telephone appointment with Vicky, to the whole repair experience with Felix, I couldnt be more satisfied. He was a clear communicator, punctual and courteous. His estimate and final price was 25% less than the other company! He checked the stove, went to get the part, came back promptly, fixed the problem, and repaired a couple of issues that my renters had caused in their attempt to fix it. He worked quietly and efficiently, but did not hesitate to explain things to me when I asked. I will definitely call this company again in the future!

They must be hurt for money. Appt. was easy, but Danial (owner) quoted us $1,180.00, to change thermostat and computer, just opening the refrigerator door(no diagnosed). We asked why do you change all together? He may not have knowledge, or merely sales person. We suspected the quote, and searched-found San Diego factory-certified Subzero company, and fixed for $295.00 total. Daniel texted us asking to pay for parts ordered and visit fee. We forgive you for no knowledge, or mistake.

Excellent Service!  You may not need a refrigeration expert every year, but when you do - these are the guys you want.  Very friendly and helpful and treated my situation with urgency.  You never know how much you depend on certain appliances until they are gone.

My refrigerator stopped cooling unexpectedly. She scheduled one for the very next day and was incredibly sweet and understanding.Daniel came by the next day and replaced the broken part of my fridge in less than 20 minutes. My experience with Premier Appliance San Diego was simple, easy, and stress-free from start to finish! My husband finally gave up on fixing the our fridge himself, we we looked on google and found Premier Appliance! Daniel answered and scheduled a visit the next morning - showed up on the early side of our scheduled visit (and called me to give me a heads up when he was 20 minutes away), and even though he didnt have the replacement part we needed with him, he went out and got it and came back that afternoon to install it.All told, the entire thing took about 30 minutes of my time - truly ideal when youre stuck in the annoying situation of having a much-used appliance stop working! We called late this morning and was told that someone would arrive between 5-7PM, but they were able to come at 3:30 and our dryer is fixed and our laundry room was left spotless! Daniel was awesome. Efficient, friendly and honest.Our washer was on the fritz and there was some troubleshooting involved to get it fixed. Daniel did the diagnostics to properly diagnose the problem, despite the fact that his first theories as to what was wrong did not pan out. Premier appliance sent a technician right away to evaluate my GE monogram refrigerator. Daniel called before arriving and arrived on time. He evaluated the problem ordered the parts and returned within a week to fix my refrigerator. My refrigerator was still running so not an emergency but definitely wanted to fix the problems before holiday guests arrived. I would definitely recommend this company and Daniel for repairs.

We had the classic... refer dies right at the holiday... everyone we call says it will have to wait until after new years... then on a last ditch search I found these guys and to my delight a serviceman named Daniel said he could be out the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem (a bad defrost something or other), had a new part on his truck (WOW, Yay!), and within an hour we are back in business. Daniel is great- I highly recommend his services. Hes honest, forthright, returns call and texts right away and will give the straight story! Some other appliance came out THREE times to fix the ice maker on our Kitchenaide fridge and had no success nor did they recommend how to get the discontinued part. I ended up finding the part myself and then they still werent able to fix it, as the part did not fit. Daniel was here less than 30 minutes, used his BRAIN and turned the part a different way to get it to fit. I swear, where do they train people these days?! Or do they just get their training on Youtube? Daniel obviously knows what he is doing!

My built-in refrigerator was leaking everywhere. We have wood floors in the kitchen, so this was not a good thing. Daniel came, was very courteous, explained what was happening, showed me with his flashlight, gave me a price estimate, fixed the leak, and put everything back together so that there was no sign of his having been here. Wouldnt recommend calling them. For a company that advertises same day service and discounts if you call before 5... they dont actually have availability to provide that service. Also, the girl that answers the phone sounds like she just has given up on her job. LOL

Honestly I only take the time to review if things went positively, but being in a bind and hoping this 39.99 diagnostic would be of service was soooo disappointing. My stove costs 600. The end quote was about 360. That would be no big deal but when Felix first mentioned what he thought was wrong he said 3 portions of the internal mechanics needed to be replaced PLUS the touchpad. After looking at it he said only ONE portion of the control board was actually malfunctioning. In the final quote he retracted his statement and gave NO explanation when I KNEW after opening it up myself only 2 things max needed replacement. Luckily I only lost 40 bucks. I wouldnt hire him unless you educate yourself on basic mechanics. He had no problem trying to take more then what was needed.
