Everyone was super nice, my quote took no time at all, there was no issue when I decided to cancel my insurance claim, and they charged me WAY less than I what was quoted for the labor cost because they were actually honest about how long it took to do everything. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone else in my apartment complex that gets broken into.

Steve did a great job of helping us through the repair process after the traumatic experience of being rear ended on the Interstate while driving from Massachusetts to San Diego. Other than a glitch at the end where there was some confusion about what type of payment was accepted, it was a very good experience. Steve helped ease our stress and worked hard to get our car ready for the return trip. Much appreciated.

The true superstar at Balboa Auto Body is Steve. My car was totalled in an accident, and I had to deal with two different insurance companies to handle damage to my back and front. Stressed is an understatement.But as soon as I came through the door, Steve helped me out and took care of everything from beginning to end. He gave me tips along the way that saved me money, and went the extra mile to make sure I was getting what I was due. Hes incredibly knowledgeable, and has definitely earned my loyalty. I had paint scratches on my car and got quotes from two other auto body shops for over $1k each. I came here last and they were able to remove the paint for FREE. They were extremely helpful and honest. I cant recommend them enough. I will be referring all my friends there because of their honest approach to customer service. I am a very satisfied customer. Honesty in this industry is hard to find. Balboa AutoBody are the definition of the ideal auto body shop.
