I had an extensive amount of dent and scratch damage on one side of my car from parking garage poles. My Tesla Model X suffered some damage from a collapsed carport and had some dents and scratches along the rear. I got a few quotes from other body shops and these guys were 40% less than everyone else. JR & Abraham were great to work with and extremely helpful. I got the car back today and you cant tell there were any issues. If you need paint or dent repair, these are your guys! PS they even paid for an Uber so I could pick up my car, thats customer service!

An off roading adventure left my truck covered in scratches on both sides. These guys removed all the scratches and made my truck shine like new.

JR is a great guy and his team do great work. Everyone is very professional and provides great customer service. I used to work in the automotive industry and there are a lot of dishonest people out there that will price gouge you. This place definitely does not do that. I had an unfortunate surf rack accident that left scratches through the clear coat and for a very reasonable price, it looks good as new. I couldnt be happier with the results.

I chose this place based on the reviews that I’ve read. I tend to be skeptical with everyone’s opinions being subjective, but this shop is the real deal. They provided me a verbal estimate the first time I came in and I left to check out other options. After looking around I found that this was the best place to go to. During my second visit I was able to meet JR and he stayed true to his company’s word by keeping the estimate exactly the same. I was able to communicate with him via text which made it easy to schedule and coordinate everything. I received my car in the specified amount of time and was surprised by how great of a job they did. It’s like my car never had a dent. After getting my car JR mentioned that he tells his employees to treat the cars they work on like it was their own - and it shows! I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs work done on their car. They get the job done and they get it done right.

They always say you can only choose 2 from price, quality, and speed, but Dent and Scratch Pro manages to be one most effective combinations of the three I’ve seen.I had pretty bad scratches on my front bumper, driver side door, and rear bumper from the previous owner and parking lot incidents. They beat every other quote I got for the work by almost half, the car came out looking brand new, and it only took a couple days (to repaint basically half the car and then also detail it).Service was friendly and excellent, and you will feel like you’re bringing your car to a friend, rather than just a shop.I couldn’t be more satisfied, I will definitely return for any future work (although hopefully it will be a while), and recommend them highly to anyone else.Text pictures of your damage with a brief description, drop your car off, rent a car from enterprise walking distance away, and let them take care of the rest.

Larry was so helpful and provided an incredibly reasonable quote that he stuck to even when the scratches were more severe than he had thought! They really took the time to do a great job and obviously take pride in doing great work. Excellent waiting room with wifi and speedy service. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Noticed a pretty small scratch on my 1 yr old rear bumber and emailed around for some quotes. These guys answered me same day with a good price and said I could get my car done in a day if I bring it in early enough. I took them up on it -- brought it in at 8:00 the day after and got it back at 4:00 looking good as new (or 1 yr old). Super professional, good price, lifetime warranty, and friendly guys -- easily earned 5 stars and I will go back if Im unfortunate enough to scratch up my car again.

I found Dent & Scratch Pro from Yelp and I am so glad I did! When I first sent out a request online early in the morning, I didn’t expect to receive a text message from JR within an hour. JR. asked me to either text him the damaged bumper image or I could just stop by for estimate. Once I texted him the images of the bumper, he replied with estimate which gave me a good idea of the cost to help me weigh out if I want to get it fixed before selling . The communication was great from start to the end; I even got a ride back to my work after I dropped off my car.In my 35 years of service industry working experiences, it is so refreshing to find people like JR who still take customer services seriously. Dent and Scratch Pro did a great job on removing the several dings on my car. It wouldve cost more had Id gone to another body shop. Id definitely return in the future. The mgr is friendly, and the workers are professional. I highly recommend the place.

I brought my car in after extensive bumper damage from a hit and run. I was very stressed out about my situation and J.R. (owner) immediately made me feel so much better. His knowledge about dealing with insurance companies was very helpful. Also, as a female I worry about being ripped off for lacking any knowledge about repairs etc. His energy was positive and honest. He even asssited me with driving my car to the rental shop. He waited with me until my rental was ready and assisted me with transferring my child car seat and personal belongings into my rental. He assured me that he would take awesome care of my car. (BTW, he will Uber/drive you back home and help you out if you come to the shop solo)After less than a week my car was fixed like brand new! He couldnt have made this process any easier!
