State Farm recommended Fix Auto for my body work insurance claim. The Quote was accurate and very reasonable - I was actually surprised it wasn’t more. The car is only two years old and when I got it back, it looked better than when I drove it off the show room floor! All the work was done as quoted and on time, with absolutely no hassle or stress for me.

This review comes with a caveat. I did not have work done here. My car was hit while parked on the street and crushed my trunk. It was taken to a tow yard and then my insurance company had it towed to this business that I picked by the ratings. I couldn’t get to my golf clubs because the trunk was sealed shut by the accident. The morning after this business called me to tell me the estimate I went to get my stuff. When I got there my trunk was open and my brand new Pings were gone. I complained in the office and was offered no recourse, and the guy who did the estimate was offended by my tone. I went the tow yard and looked at tapes of my car with the trunk still sealed shut. Someone at this place took my clubs.

I picked Fix based on their other Google reviews and they were an approved place from State Farm as this was an insurance claim. I knew I might have made a good decision, when Hertz car rental was speaking so highly of them. The entire experience was ideal, seamless and could not have been easier. The work was exceptional and my car look great. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Russo there and he was fantastic. I highly recommend Fix and will call them first if ever I need body work ( hopefully I will drive better and not need them..).

They kept me updated on the progress, both by text and voice. Vehicle work was done on the promised date. I filed a claim with the other insured, and I specially asked for Fix Auto at 3145 Moore St. At my regular 9-to-5 Job, our fleet vehicles are always repaired and pristine after being serviced by Fix Auto. When my personal vehicle sustained damage, I knew where to go.Long story short,My vehicle was repaired SO WELL, that practically, one side of the vehicle looked like it was just built from the factory and polished immaculately that I had to spend another $165 at a professional detailer to make sure the car looked entirely uniform. It was like, they took my car through a time machine. You will NOT REGRET having your vehicle serviced here, I assure you, curious review reader, for I shudder with the thought of maybe in another dimension or timeline where I had the same accident, but did not choose to go to Fix Auto.Thank you, review reader.

When my car got hit this place quickly fix my car and kept me updated. It was quick easy and they even returned my rental for me. I definitely recommend and will be choosing them if something ever happens to my car.

My name is Rudy Perez and I had bought a 2017 Chevy Suburban from a different Dealership a few miles away from Fix Auto. Upon arrival to Folsom, Ca, my wife and always noticed the right passenger tire was rubbing against the frame, and when the notifications went off to take it in to have it looked at, we were told much to our amazement that the frame was completely bent, and our insurance or ESW would not cover it. We were looking around $7-$10. After reviewing the CARFAX report, I could see that Fix Auto had worked on this truck about a month prior to me purchasing it, and some work had been done on the side that was damaged. I was very lucky to get in touch with Mr. Dave Holders, we went back and forth on phone calls for a few weeks, and I explained to him what was happening, but me being up in Northern California, he was simply unable to understand the damage if he couldnt see it. To my surprise, Mr Holder got in touch with me and told me he had sent a delivery truck to come get my vehicle FREE OF CHARGE so he could see what was going on. Next thing I know, I get a call from Dave Holder and I was told that Fix Auto was picking up the TAB on all the repairs, transportation, and even offered to fly my wife and I to San Diego to pick up the truck, but the COVID 19 struck, so that was out of the question. My truck was safely delivered back to me in Northern California, and I must say not only was Mr Holder professional, but courteous, and kept me in the loop one everything that was going on, and even covered my cost of $252 to have my truck looked at in Folsom, Ca when all this first happened in February. If I lived in the SD area, this would be the ONLY place Id take my vehicle and Mr Holder was very honest, and upfront. Thank you Mr Holder and Fix Auto Sports Arena, you saved us a TON of money, and instilled a trust for Auto Repairs that was lost over the years. WOW. This place is stellar. I been other places on a few different cars. Its a lot of 40 and 50 year old Pros working on your gear with just the right touch of young kids to make sure everything is all Tip Top and cool with the modern systems. the car they worked on you can measure to the micrometer the gapping in the panels they put on flawless

After a two week repair, they told Enterprise Rent-A-Car that I dropped off the rental a day later than I actually did. Thus, I was charged for an extra day which wasnt covered by insurance. Fix Auto wont do anything to fix this error. I think this is some sort of insurance scam. They are crooks. Do not go here.
