My insurance brought my car here after a theft recovery and it was determined a total loss. Ended up keeping the car wasn’t drivable they even tried to help me get it started and wasn’t charged any storage thanks to Eddie! Great employees all really cool guys there, would highly recommend

Never go this place unless you want your vehicle being damaged by unknown reasons. My insurance company suggested this place after a front collision. They didnt confirm my identification when picking up the vehicle and gave me the wrong keys at the beginning. Anyone wants to take the risk of losing your vehicle should go there.AND, theres a huge crack on the wheel after picking up the vehicle. The insurance inspection shows theres no damage on the wheel while the supervisor insisted it was cracked before the repairment. After showing the damaging pictures and videos taken at Discount Tire, he completely ignored the the evidence but insisted I wont pay for that in an illogical way. NEVER let them take care of your vehicle!!! NEVER!!!

I highly recommend World Auto body in Miramar. They did a fantastic job repairing my car to look like new again, “Beautiful work, so happy”. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. They picked up the phone when I called and answered my questions. (Amazing) Just a fast, high-quality job with great service. Thank you very much.

I had the most incredible experience at World Auto Body on September 28th. I worked with the owner Robert who has a heart of gold. He took a horrible situation (my car had been sprayed with concrete) and made my car look like brand new. I highly recommend Robert and his team!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I took my car to this body shop after my husband was in an accident last Friday. It was deemed a total loss yesterday. I spoke to my insurance and they told me that I had to call the auto body shop to release my car. I didn’t do this because I knew that my husband was going to clean it out today after work. My husband got there, and my car was gone! This body shop is refusing to admit any fault and the “owner” told me he didn’t care about my car or what I had inside of it. If he really is the owner, he needs to learn some respect for customers (his name is Robert). When I worked at an auto body shop, we were NEVER allowed to release the car unless we had the owners permission to do so. This place obviously made a mistake and is unwilling to admit they’re at fault. Unless you want your car released without your permission or to possibly have it towed without anyone noticing apparently, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

These guys repainted the entire left side of my car after somebody swiped me while I was parked. They were entirely friendly and helpful through the entire experience. Then, about 6 months later a rock chipped my paint, but for some reason the clear coat around the chip started peeling. I thought the paint shouldnt do that, and the guys at the shop agreed! 48 hours later they had repainted the entire door, for free. They stand by their word and their work, and every person Ive interacted with there has been professional and friendly. Cant ask for more!

They stole something out of my vehicle and were extremely uncommunicative during the repair process. The repairs are fine.Edit- Actually NOT fine. My headlight no longer turns with the ride, both headlights are pointed so low to the ground I need to use my brights at night to see the ride. And the lift on my hood no longer works to keep the hood up when working on the engine. They HAD to have known this! I now have to prop it up with a metal rod. Not a great place to go get your car fixed.

Honest, good communication, and they even fixed a couple of things unrelated to the body work that was done.

This is probably the worst body shop in San Diego. The level of incompetence is mind-boggling. my insurance company recommended this place. What should have been a straightforward repair escalated to a frame replacement. Instead of totaling the truck I was forced to have the truck fixed theres no way that the truck will be the same again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have been a mechanic for over 30 years, and I never dealt with such incompetence

My car’s engine cover was falling off and made a lot of noise. I called and the lady was friendly and told me to just came in. I went there without an appointment. A tech was greeting me friendly and took my car to the garage and found it needs some screws or fasteners. In a couple minutes, problem was fixed with 0 cost. Great service, friendly staff!! Will recommend to friends!

First off I had to come here because of my insurance. I read some reviews of people saying the employees aren’t personable but I did not get that type of service. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The best part is they were like this with me and the insurance company ended up totaling my car so they didn’t even work on it.

They repaired my Giulias rear bumper but didnt do a good job. Color matching is poor and the finish is not very smooth where the damage happened. Not happy

They did a wonderful job fixing my car. Extremely professional and kind. I’d go back.

I was referred to World Auto Body by a friend to do some body repair work on my car. I was really surprised at how easy and quickly they took care of my car. Got the okay from my insurance and everything was done without any hassles from the insurance company. Great service for my wrecked Hyundai. They did all they could to save the car and not have to total it. The car was ready on time. The staff was great about keeping in contact as well.
