I would say STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.I called and spoke to Freddie before I went to him to see if he had the part, he assured me he did. I asked if he could pull it for me as I was running late. He stated he would, however when I got there an hour later it was not pulled. Freddie told me it was the one for a vehicle that had ABS, however when I dropped it off at the shop they later informed me that it was NOT for ABS. You can imagine my disappointment as I live 2 hours away from Palomos. I again, called and spoke to Freddie and he said that he had one with ABS. I explained to him that I live 2 hours away, and asked him several times if he was sure he had it as I was sending my son down to pick it up because the car was stuck on the lift at the shop. He continued to insist that he had it. *Here is when it gets REALLY BAD... when my son gets there he Does NOT have the part, and cant find one at any of the junk yards. I understand if you dont have a part but dont have me make a 5 hour+ round trip (with traffic) only to tell me you dont have it. .

The people are great...but out of two trips, over 200 miles, I still have the wrong transmission. Both times I told the men what I wanted, the year, make, model, engine size, etc and the second transmission is still the wrong one.Now for another trip, another 100 miles, I hope I can get a refund ... as the signs says, exchanges will be made...but it appears they never had what they said they had in the first place. Double check and triple check that you have the right part before you pay.

They seem so nice && all but i honestly made five trips not getting correct parts. Telling me I need a certain part buying it then not needing it. HORRIBLE experience go knowing exactly what u need knowing how it looks. They will tell u so SURE that its the part && then ur screwed with a part u dnt need! Policy no refund!
