Needed a new battery in my car after it let me down on the road. I found Maxoto excellent in every respect. Excellent customer service, very professional repair job and very well priced better than most places I researched. They even arranged a pickup for me to come and collect my car. I loved this place and will definitely be returning in the future for any repairs or servicing I need. I really cannot recommend this place enough, they were excellent in every aspect.

At first I was skeptical to bring my luxury Bmw and Audi to a non-dealership location, but I couldnt be happier with the choice. Not only was the service fast and friendly, but the staff was knowledgeable and made me feel well taken care of. They sat me down and discussed a range of options to fix my car, and all of the prices were by far the LEAST EXPENSIVE in the area. Way cheaper then the dealerships and even cheaper then other small shops. The work was done with top notch quality, and I will be bringing all of my vehicles here for major and minor repairs.

Tuan is the man! Hands down the most thorough, honest and knowledgeable mechanic Ive ever met. Such a cool guy too, you really never get the shady mechanic vibe from him which in my opinion is the best attribute for any mechanic. Youre awesome!

These guys are excellent. I have my 2008 Mazda MX5 serviced with them on several occasions, and it has been a great experience every time. My recent service was a complete brake job. They did a great job with high quality performance brake parts. If you want quality service, I am sure these guys can deliver. Highly recommended!

Originally bought my car from here, was used to people wanting nothing to do with the vehicle once sold but here at Maxoto they are the friendliest place Ive seen. Recently I had just picked up my daughter and our car broke down, Jessie made sure that we had a tow truck pick up our vehicle and get it to the shop. Was then offered a ride home from Tuan, as the shop is a little ways from Mission Valley. Was told the problem the next day and was able to pick it up saturday. Customer Service here is top notch and will continue to bring my vehicle here as long as we have her!

Had a bunch of work done, and found out later when my vehicle started malfunctioning, that the part I had replaced had been dropped and damaged by the staff. Too bad the problem didnt get obvious before their 6 month guarantee wore off. Literally like 2 days later!!! When confronted about it, it was repeatedly stated that nothing would be done because it was more than 6 months later. Not going back

My name is Junius and this place is wonderful! I have had my 2006 Audi A4 2.0T serviced here for over 2 years and they have always repaired and maintained it the correct way and for great prices! Tuan, Tracy and the rest of the team there at Maxoto are always making sure that my car receives the best service as possible, and at the right time. Anytime I need something done, hey always are ready to take my car in at anytime They even repaired my uncles Mercedes-Benz at nearly half the cost of the dealers price! Its been over 8 months, and his transmission is still running like new! I will continue to bring my vehicle and and my future ones here as well! Brought my toyota camry here for an oil change. this was my 2nd time going here and at both times, they were very friendly - i love the customer service here. they even helped me glued back the lining area inside my door without me asking. although this wasnt big, i appreciated it - i no longer get annoy by that lining area coming off every time i enter the door. highly recommend the place

Fixed my electrical tail light problem for just $45 bucks when I spent over $300 on several other places but the problem never fixed until Maxoto did it.Changed all brakes for my Mercedes $200 less than other place quoted in the same day.These folks really know car stuff and the price is...goodddddddddddddddd!
