I had these guys make all glass enclosures for the showers in all thtee of our bathrooms. The pricing was the most reasonable of all of the places that quoted there job. The work was flawless. Everything came out exactly as intended the first time. In the four years since the work was done I have had no problem whatsoever with the enclosures they installed. They were friendly fast and reasonable. I have also use these guys for my work. They do a great job replacing and tinting exterior and interior glass. I have had them build numerous Glass Room enclosures for conference rooms and the like. These guys are first-rate and they always do excellent work.

Thankful the team at Discount Window and Glass bailed me out of some holiday procrastination, I needed some art framed from a very important holiday gift and I walked right in and got exceptional service, the team really listened to my concerns and came up with some quick solutions. The price for my last second requests were fair and I felt they didnt take advantage of my being in a pinch transparency I shared with them. I never leave reviews but just had to on this one. Wille had a shower door installed and the mounting screws were installed incorrectly in the wall. As a result, tile cracked. They used fastener hanger inserter that spread sideways when tightening. This was after informing them 3 different times there was solid wood installed to secure into. If you have a solid base you dont install inserts that spread sideways. After, customer service was beyond aufull. We had to pay to have glass tile removed and reinstalled. Fast forward some some time now, the tile has cracked again and the door loosens at the hinges regularly. Taking the hinges off revealed they cut the glass too much. As a result, the hinges do not have much to hold onto so door always falls over Time. The company wont even call me back. Thats the real Discount Glass and Mirror company. I have talked w contractors about the company and ran across several who will not use them because of other mishaps. If I could give them a 0 I would.its ok to make a mistake but it matters how you handle it.

We are now getting the shower glass for our second bathroom ordered by Discount Glass & Mirror. The install with the first bathroom went pretty smooth. Even though they made a mistake in the first order and had to come back a second time, this was handled extremely professionally and very quick - I was really impressed. Mistakes can happen, but at the end of the day I judge a company how they handle a problem. And this was top notch! The entire experience in customer service from sales, to measurement, quotation and warranty claims was VERY pleasant.

I had my master bathroom mirrors replaced through DGM in Jan 2020: 2 French Cleat and 1 framed. (A total price of $2000 including ~ $500 installation charge)Initial consultation followed by order placement and delivery was all very smooth.I had terrible experience with the installation crews. One of the 3 mirrors, the framed mirror, had obvious image distortion and was replaced once (still has image distortion and the issue is not addressed yet). A customer service representative came out for an inspection for the image distortion and had a very negative and condescending attitude.Following are some details:Installation crew made miscalculations for two of the mirror heights and drilled many many holes on the wall. I had to ask them to at least put some putty to cover up the holes before covering them up with the mirrors. It was hard to believe that so called expert installation (costed me around $500) could do such a sloppy job.The framed mirror is installed at a location where it is visible from my master bedroom (greater than 16 away). Right at 16, which is at the entrance to the bathroom, the mirror reflection is visibly distorted, and the customer service rep acknowledged the distortion. However, the customer service rep asked, Do you look at yourself in the mirror from this distance?. He also added, From my 25+ years of experience, no mirrors are perfect from a large distance. in a very condescending tone.I told him that the distortion is visible even from 8 or closer from the mirror, but he didnt bother checking.Every time that i enter or cross my bathroom, i have to look at a distorted reflection now. With my previous mirror, which probably is way cheaper than what i have now, i had no distortion issues at all.I have been constantly exchanging phone calls and emails with the sales rep, but no resolution was provided. When i asked for a mirror viewing specification, a glass flaw inspection spec/recommendation was provided which mentioned that a flaw noticeable beyond 10 is acceptable. Since it clearly had a distance of 10 requirement, Ive asked the sales rep to come out and measure the distance where the distortion is noticeable (which is less than 8), but theres no response to my request at all.I am very disappointed about how DGM conduct their business.

Discount Glass & Mirror provided excellent service for our small job - adding a pane of glass to a display-cabinet door-frame. The gentleman there offered to get the job done on the spot, to avoid us having to return and pick it up. The cost was extremely reasonable. Also their office/showroom is has a really pleasant decor. Glad to have found this small company on Google (and in Yelp)!

I was charged $926.76 for weatherstripping & sweeps for seven doors. Sweeps were installed but only two doors were done. I told them I was in a wheelchair and they must have thought I was some kind of dummy so they do half the job. Its been disputed with my credit card co. I have called them twice but they have not contacted me or refunded any money. I will take them to Small Claims Court if I have to. These people will NEVER set foot in my building again. Go by 1442-1448 S Mission Rd., Fallbrook and see it yourself. Dont use this Discount Glass & Mirror! RIP OFF!

This would have been Discount Mirror and Glass second job for me. They gave me a quote of $1,257.76 to do the job and then changed it to $2,028.33 when it was time to ordering the service.
