My hardwired alarm system is 30 years old and had sensor reliability issues causing false alarms. Time to fix, but when called other alarm companies wanted to install a new wireless system with batteries in the sensors that I didnt want to deal with. Call me old fashioned, but I wanted a hardwired system. Keith at Alarm 2000 saw no problem with this and checked out my system, installed new keypads and central processing unit plus several new sensors and I am now good to go and I am hopeful for another 30 years!Another thing, Keith Horowitz went over my options and was very forthright about the presentation vis-à-vis his business model, costs and advantages/disadvantages of new technologies that have come along since my alarm was installed - things like cell phone connection to monitoring. He has also been responsive to minor issues that have come up with using the my new alarm. Im very pleased so far.
