Absolute worst experience with this security company!!!!Services in the last two years cut out for unknown reasons and we were charged over $300 each time they send someone out to troubleshoot issues that were supposedly fixed in previous service calls. When I reached out to them regarding extreme dissatisfaction in service and to notify them that we were entertaining their competitors and would like to give them an opportunity to propose a different or upgraded system the Sales department bot reached out twice asking the same questions. After 3 months of not hearing from them and constantly inquiring and disputing the Service invoices for calls we did not make to them, we decided to switch to ADT which is Half the cost and more sophisticated equipment.it has been almost 90 days since service has been terminated and we are still being invoiced.
Very personable, always easy to work with though they can sometimes struggle with time.
