These guys know how to install dash cams perfectly!Super fast and very clean job.They didn’t cut any corners and the finished job is aesthetically pleasing.I had a 2 channel (front & rear) BlackVue dash cam system set up in 2 hours on a 2020 Prius.

The owner/installer/customer-service-representative is AWESOME! He was very accommodating. People who tend to get bad service tend to have a bad attitude... But who doesn’t have a bad attitude sometimes when we’re feeling off? Treated him like a human and he reciprocated the treatment. He had a puppy I was able to say hi to! The puppy was very nice 😍 He provided me information about replacement Infinity speakers he was installing and even fixed a door-handle that was sticking out a little 🙌 Asked him about a stereo replacement and he provided me info to help me understand what was going to be needed for the installation 👏🙌❤️UPDATE: Noticed a rattling noise that the car didn’t do before when driving without music and Joel said to just bring it in tomorrow and he’ll see what he can do 😁

Called up to get a quote on a new system for my car Saturday, and by Monday afternoon I was riding home with a smile on my face knowing Id heard the last of the stock radio in my car.These guys do good, honest work and know their car audio. I even wanted to spend $1000 more to go top-shelf on the build but was encouraged to start a bit lower because of my listening habits. Sure enough, the guys were right on the money with their recommendation.Friendly service, from true pros. Cant ask for more. Wish I could give an extra star for the shop dog.

Found this place on blackvues websites for dashcam dealers. As of June 2021 new owner Ronnie took over, unrelated to Joel. Exceptional service and great prices. We talked a little and he made me feel welcomed. Im so impressed I already scheduled more work to be done on my car.

I spent a couple thousand dollars here over the course of several months. I had them put in an amp, a sound processor, and a custom sub. The system generates feedback, picks up noise from things I drive by, and sounds so bad when its on that I just gave up and dont listen to music in my car anymore. Unfortunately, I cant even enjoy the peace and quiet as the radio hisses and buzzes and makes all sorts of strange noises - even when its off. After spending more than $2k to make it sound amazing. I have reached out to them for help several times and have not gotten any response. If you want to keep listening to anything in your car, Id recommend not letting these guys near your car stereo.

Was told my passenger door actuator was going out, and the guy couldnt guarantee his work on the viper security system unless he replaced it (which is right). He charged $120 for the part and labor. I later found out he didnt replace the actuator. He snipped the line, Jerry-Rigged a generic chinese actuator in it (THE SAME ONE he added to my trunk for remote trunk opening), wrapped the wire around the up/down door lock indicator, and thats how my actuator was replaced. Well, that broke about 7 months later and I had to do some Jerry-rigging myself to fix what broke.I even had an issue with the security system not working anymore and he was super frustrated and took his discontent out on me verbally.He would only say I have no idea, I dont know, bring it in or I dont know, and cheaped out on parts, and was rude, played dumb not knowing where I can get a replacement actuator even though he uses them on all installs if possible. Just a shady shop to be avoided.

Bad service, guys act like jerks. Ruined my radio system by wiring it wrong, caused electrical problems and when asked what the next step was they told me they cant do anything to help, and I should take it to another shop. I didn’t even get a refund, left me with a broken car and empty pockets

They were quick to help and easy to work with. They did a headlight install for me and it came out great!

This place was okay they sold me top of the line Memphis stereo for my AMG Mercedes questionable on what I really got for the money but I have talked to them and they said they will make it right even after the year its been this place was okay they sold me top-of-the-line Memphis stereo for my Mercedes questionable on what I really got for the money but I have talked to them and they said they will make it right even after the year its been somehow a 10 inch MTX subwoofer ended up in the trunk of my car face down in the box they had built but theres nothing on the invoice for it and this speaker is blown out I believe that they will replace it and the loose faceplate and console in my Dash was never a problem its almost as if something got broken while they were taking it apart but I will find out what is wrong I took it in one time before and they tried to tighten it up but I believe they broke some clips since day one kind of hard to get it done when youre in Nevada and your families in San Diego I will repost later after January of this year and repost

Awesome. These guys are knowledgeable trying to save me money and figure out what I need for my car. I am looking for an alarm and a Bluetooth capability to work with my music, BMW disables these features so u can purchase with them which is crappy. Cutting edge audio is reasonable and honest.

Joel (who I assume is the owner) at cutting edge audio seems to be a straight shooter. Hes not so I found out. I installed my own stereo and had a few issues that I needed repaired. My rear speakers wouldnt work and I couldnt figure out why. Their technician Jimmy took the job. Jimmy was all over it. He diagnosed the problems in 15 minutes. Jimmy was very knowledgeable, fast at what he does (which is important when youre on an hourly shop rate) and kind as not to shame me for my install job. Jimmy was able to get my speakers working. Im not happy with how they sound or by how quiet they are but that is my issue, not the folks at cutting edge audio. Ill definitely be going back for my next upgrade! I bought speakers here (set of 5 1/4 infinity kappa for the front and scar audio 6x9 in the rear) I payed over $100 on each set of speakers. I looked on line while waiting for the install. The skar audio speakers were half the price of what Joel charged me. I also bought a used amp off of them and payed for it all to be installed. Spent $700. Once it was done and I was driving away, I realized that there was an awful whine coming through my speakers. I called Joel to address this issue. His professional opinion was to turn down the gain from the amp. (Why the eff should I lose power from my amp because of a wiring issue?) It was obvious that Joel was avoiding having to rewire my system and do the right thing so I just did it myself. I uncovered the wiring on the passenger side and found that they had zip tied my rca wires and the power wire together and ran them in tandem with zero separation. I knew that this was the issue once I saw it. I re routed the wires properly and havent had a bad noise since. I will NOT be going back to cutting edge audio.

Joel, Thanks for the great job on my new stereo, back-up camera and new power windows and door locks! Great service, nice guys and clean, organized shop. I own All American Carpet & Tile and have a commercial Chevy Express cargo van and was getting tired of reaching over to unlock the passenger door and especially to roll down the window so my big Lab, Junior, could stick his head out the passenger window while I drive. Also, I was almost always accidentally leaving a door unlocked when running into a store or parking on the street. Now, I can lock and unlock all the doors with the push of a button. If you are still trying to sneak phone calls while you are driving, you need to see Joel to get a Bluetooth stereo. I cant believe I went so long without one! Thanks Again!
