Every experience has been great. Awesome install; clean, organized, and well done. Returned a few weeks later after breaking them in and they tuned them for me for free. I experienced an issue in which I blew a fuse a couple months later and when I returned to find out what was wrong, they diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot for free. Great business, quality work, and considerate owners and employees. Definitely recommend. Definitely give 5 stars.

Sam asked me to come in for a free consultation. Very conversational, he worked with me on the price and gave me suggestions on the speaker setup based on my budget. After they start work the next day, it turned out the previous wiring was a total mess. Sam called and gave me the heads up and the fellas in the shop worked an extra half day replacing my old tangled mess and and hooked up the speakers up right, free of charge. Everything I could have asked for from these guys, and more.Im sure youve seen there are several audio shops on El Cajon & more around SD. Ive called on several before, taken another car down the street, trust me this is where you want spend your time & money.

A Friendly and Hard working staff, I came in around 5:30pm looking to get a little bass in my car. I expected to only figure out what it was I wanted, Pay for it, and make an appointment to come back another day. (They close are 7:00Pm) I didn’t want to be the guy who comes in last minute. To my surprise the employees jumped right on it, insisted they could have it done in an hour Or so. I grabbed my skateboard and skated a parking lot across the street while I waited. Before I knew it, done. I was on the road, hitting bass, and at a reasonable price too! I Highly recommend. Good job you guys! I’m very pleased with your service and quality of speaker. Sam was a huge help and even re-installed another dash radio after my first one I brought in didnt work. Real honest guys who do quality work in a timely manner. Touchscreen dash (which require much cutting for a proper fit...10.1in screen), 4 door speakers and back up camera. I was out in 45 mins [2001 f150]

Blind side camera so I have a new car and its hard to and your explain to me all the different items we could try on it and spend some time and was courteous and I end up buying a blind side camera with an extra screen so make my driving safer with which is a great deal so I appreciate his time his name is Jerry the manager is awesome so it works I like it a lot of places I spend money thats it

We went to JC after Mossy Nissan told us that replacing the radio in my with an after market unit would would fix an electric problem in my friends 370Z. First of all, there is no after market option. JC helped in the hunt for an OEM, and gave us a price to install, but warned they couldnt guarantee it would work. When we got a unit from KY, we went back to the shop, and the guys installed it. Unfortunately, that didnt fix things. But the team was so determined to help that they removed every door panel and unhooked every wiring harness and reattached and soldered things. They spent at least an extra hour, and were so nice, and it finally worked! They are miracle workers! Dont hesitate to buy your new equipment here, or to ask their advice. Youre going to become a lifelong customer.

Sam and his crew were awesome, I brought my girl and I cars to get our windows tinted and they did an amazing job. We couldnt be happier with the decision we made to take our cars there to have Sam work on them. He even gave me a call with a 30 min lead time to come pick the cars up. Took my 2018 Honda Accord to get dual subwoofer starter setup. It was very affordable $600 cash option. They took care of me and my car. I accidentally left $100 extra and they were honest to give it back to me

Hard pass 250 just for an installation! That doesn’t sound anywhere near a deal to me! Sure I need to buy a wiring kit but you’re out of your mind with those prices man! Someone coming to you with a quote that shouldn’t have been more than 150 out the door! And the end of the day with tax in what you quoted that damn near 300 just for wiring!

I went to have my amp and sub installed they called me and said my amp didn’t work I then took my amp to the place I bought it at originally and they tested it the amp works perfect they said that the wiring they did on my amp was not correct so the new place installed the piece for the amplifier. I was told that my stereo was over powering the amp the way they wired it and they just wanted to sell me a bigger amp. Also my last car I took here and the sub was going in n out I did take it back and they fixed it. I also took my step son a month ago they told him he needed a new stereo so we bought one but now I’m wondering if they got over that time as well after using them four times and a bad experience this time I would not recommend them they also charged me full price of $290 and I left with my stereo system not working.

This bness does not know how to answer phones, if you get a hold of them they’ll rush you off the phone. They can’t seem to remember appointment you made with them. Cheap price but terrible service. It’s not worth the hassle unless you are willing to degrade yourself for $40 of savings for cheap economy tints that will purple up and bubble. You’d rather find another place.

I took my 98 civic in to get a brand new stereo installed. The gentleman who serviced my car was very honest and informative. Also very easy to talk to. I was a little late picking up my car afterwards and showed up after their closing hours but they were really patient and professional with me . I really appreciate the honest service and I recommend anybody to get their car audio services done here.

I am very happy with the work Sam did at JC Audio for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee! I had the 6 speaker factory system, and it wasn’t quite enough for me. Sam helped me decide on a 10 inch Kicker R package. The install time was fast and everything was done well. These guys are awesome. On Sunday afternoon, after spending 2 hrs pulling the interior of my 18-yr old Lexus apart, I discovered the rear speakers I got on the internet wouldnt fit. I gave them a call and within 45 minutes (travel time included) they hooked me up with the additional hardware and wired the new speakers to plug right in to my existing connections. Everything went back together perfectly and my 70s rock-roll sounds incredible!

I visited JC power audio a few months back to have a complete system installed. The install was not up to par with the price I paid, and they damaged 2 of my 6.5” speakers. They apologized to me, and replaced my speakers with another set of great quality. They have highered new workers since and are very customer satisfaction oriented. They told me to come back anytime if I needed anything and they would show me they have improved.

Got my car tinted about a year ago. I wanted to give some time to check the tint before I left a review. Well my tint still looks awesome and it keeps my car cool. The price was very reasonable and it took no more than 2 hours to do 7 windows. Will definitely go back when my next car needs tint.

Got my 2018 civic hatchback done at JC power on el cajon blvd. By far this was my best tinting exp. and this is my 4th car. Friendly service people that will work with you. It was semi busy when i came sat but i got out quickly with a professional tint job that was awesome.

Got 4 speakers and a radio installed. good prices and quick work. They even wired the rear speakers for free.

Went in to get a new amp installed...subwoofer never sounded right. Took it back in and they fixed it but its the same. Now I have to go back and pay another shop to get it right. So disappointed

Brought them a generic head unit to install on my 2007 VW. Did the install, didn’t connect light switch for day/night light adjustment. Was told I had to pay again to fix the problem because it’s an aftermarket unit. Sorry should have been done right the first time.Won’t be returning
