Forget AutoZone and OReillys, this is THE guy to go to for anything battery related. Knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent customer service - I bought a charger here that malfunctioned after some weeks and he replaced it no questions asked. Great business to support.

Bought 4 new 6v Lifeline AGM batteries for my RV from Frank. They did an extensive test, determined that 2 were bad, then helped me get a discount from Lifeline, which was great to deal with as well. Gary helped me load. Good, honest guys.

I gave them the 20 year old alarm battery size and they gave me 3 choices from which to choose. They were different sizes and lasted average, better life and best life. But, size was an issue so I bought the smaller one. Great service, extremely knowledgable

These guys just always impress me. The latest episode recently involved a stone-dead battery in my motorcycle which occurred very abruptly. The battery measured 0 volts and my battery tender was of no help so I called Frank to describe the situation and order another one.Frank asked me to leave the dead soldier at my front door so Daniel could pick it up when he delivered my new one all the way up here in Escondido. He then charged and tested the bad battery and it charged back up like the Deka champ it is. Meanwhile, it was clear the problem was with my bikes wiring and the battery had nothing to do with the issue.So since the old battery is now good and functions fine - guess what - these guys will be bringing the old battery back up to me at no charge!There are few companies of any type that I have experienced such great service from, and I am very grateful to know of Powerstride to handle my battery needs.

Had specialty batteries for my power wheelchair on the shelf. Helped me to remove the old ones and install the new. Super helpful, and the price was superb! Especially compared to the wheelchair shops where if you didnt go in missing limbs you do going out due to their over-inflated prices. I replaced them two years ago and am about due to replace them again. Im going back to Powerstride. No doubt about it.

I didnt have a good experience at all.!! Returned wheelchair batteries that were under warranty, bought 10 months before but the guy in charge did some tests to show me they were fine. When I protested saying that the batteries must be defective as my aunts wheelchair was having the same problems as before they were bought getting her chair to charge I was told I could buy another pair at cost.,while he kept the ones I returned. I had no choice as my aunt was desperate to get her chair going again so I bought 2 more at $75.00 each. Funny thing was that once I installed them the chair worked great. Obviously the batteries before were not fine. I should have been able to return them for a full refund. Avoid this place.

Outstanding service and quality. There isnt actually any showroom; the entrance is either into an office or the garage, but the inventory, pricing, and workmanship (on a custom cable) was excellent.
