I bought a car just over a year ago from here, but the business was listed as A2B auto sales instead. The next day I came to pick up the car after buying and there wasnt a single car on the lot, which was kinda odd. This car has given me issues since the day I bought it. The carfax looked great and it drove well on the test drive and it looked fine under the hood, but I immediately had problems with it and have put thousands of dollars into repairs. I almost feel like they pulled this car out of a lake or something and cleaned it up real nice to sell, its absurd how bad it is. It breaks down every couple of months. It was a total scam and I hope that no on else makes the same mistake I did. Dont buy a car here until you have your own mechanic inspect it. If they wont let you have your mechanic inspect it (like they said for me), dont trust them.

Bought a car last month. There was a ton of paperwork, but their friendliness made it much easier. They gave us a fair trade-in value for our old car and made sure we understood and were happy with the fees and the process. They seem to have a great selection also. It was a great experience for us. No complaints.

I just bought a car from them almost a week ago. Im a first time buyer, so theyve been very helpful by taking the time to go over everything with me to make sure I understood what I was getting into. The car that I got had a couple minor things wrong, but theyre fixing them absolutely free. I felt absolutely at ease with everyone there. They were all very helpful and easygoing, they also didnt mind staying open a little bit later so that we could finish the paperwork then. Great dealership, they have two locations. I bought my wife a Lexus Rx400H from them for a great price. We were done paying it in 10 months. The prices are affordable & the people there are great. Adel, Trish, & Jalal. I feel I built a great relationship with them and now getting my second vehicle from them and their making it so easy on me, giving me the best deals in town. The people there the quality of the cars is just second to none.

Bought a new car through Rose, and was taken away by the customer service and by their commitment. I came in just after they closed and they stayed an hour and a half longer, car I bought runs great, I had it looked at by a mechanic and I am a mechanic, everything on it checked out. They were very upfront and honest even gave me the full carfacts before I bought it. Ive had the car for two months now and everything is still working just as good as on day one.

Very friendly & helpfully staff. They treated me like I was part of there family. Until I was late on my payment because of Covid 19. Then Jalal the owner began threatening a REPO on the Car I only owe $1500. After paying $500. a month for 15 months. The car I bought had some issues I found out about after I had it for 24 hours. After telling me they were taking the car to Fill the fluids and change the filters, the next day, the LOW Oil alert came on and also the Air Filters were very dirty and needed to be changed. This is the 2nd car I bought from Rose Auto Sales that had issues. I feel they are overpriced and you should definitely have a car from them checked out by a mechanic. Your Mechanic, not there recommendation, as that was another expensive mistake.

First of all the 5 star reviews are from these guys they are scammers. The owner is from a local Iraqi community that has friends that own other businesses. They make other accounts for their yelp reviews. I have found links to these accounts to some rather unscrupulous tow companies and dry cleaning. I am a Private INVESTIGATOR. The owner Sam said that in order to get me a loan for a $9,000 vehicle I would have to pay $3,000 down and $428 a month for 24 months. Scam loan practices if you look at it. He charges a 100% loan rate. This investigation was for the better business bureau and hopefully we shut these people down.
