My opinion it great for me I didnt have any trouble over 18 years going there to get my check and get out because I do business with them so thats the only office I collect my check for what I do I am only vendor

Where do I start?? False advertising on pricing. They are a “bate and switch” company. Refused to give my car back less than 24 hours after I traded it, when we found out all the paperwork was null and void due to completely wrong info. Then failed to payoff my trade in but sold it anyway. Currently seeking a legal course of action. So many other things went wrong but I’m not gonna bore you with ALL the details. Just stay away from these dealerships.
PACIFIC HONDA:Sales is a joke! Service is even a bigger joke!SAM is a violent individual that will threaten, harass you until he gets what he wants. Agrees and has you sign papers for what you tell him you can do and lets you drive the car around for a few weeks and drops the ball on you and needs more money down or is going to have the car repod. He says he tries to help people, well guess what your job is??? You sell cars and if you dont like it find another occupation. When Sam told me that he wished I had bought a car from another dealership because I was a problem TRUST ME I WISH I DID!!!!Service dept. allowed Sam to sell a car that had none of the recalls taken care of and after owning the car for 38 days the recalled part (alternator) failed and now at 2100 miles of owning the car is requiring an oil change (Oil Change Due Message is on) DOES THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DO ANYTHING??? WOW!All the General Manager wants to do is handle things internallyThank goodness for Poway Jeep, they handled my recalls within 24 hours and I was back in my car. Honda offered help, but seriously do they really think I want them taking my car, the one Sam threatened to repo multiple times, even after getting funded from the bank!I wish I could give this place -1 star!
Bmw el cajon is a joke. Took my 1996 bmw 318i to have the cpu flashed cause my obd-2 drive cycles wont complete. They took 100 bucks and didnt do the service. Then daid they would refund me and then flaked on that.I would stay away from any sunroad auto dealer
It should really get 0 stars. There is such indifference to customers that YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THESE DEALERSHIPS. Kearny Mesa Subaru is so careless and incompetent that why they are still in business is a mystery. The managers could care less and ownership contact is impossible. They JUST DONT CARE.
