Great group of guys. Very friendly and very fair pricing. What I needed done was a little out of the ordinary and these guys didnt bat an eye. They got right on it and had me rolling in about an hour. Their price was half of what I-Tech Customizing quoted me whose just a few blocks down the street and their customer service was a hell of a lot better. Theyve earned my future business.

I had some tinting done to my truck. Alex and Rick are true professionals. What I liked the most was that these 2 gentlemen are the owners, yet they are out there getting their hands dirty and doing jobs themselves in addition to doing customer service. Excellent customer service and fast work - my stereo got stolen out of my car and these guys helped me out big time. They took out and replaced the entire bracket along with installing a new stereo. They also made some extra connections to make it thief proof (for the most part). I am a college student and these guys had very fair pricing - will definitely be back. Tip for newcomers - they dont hang out in the office very much so if you are bringing them a car talk to them while they are working in the garage to let them know you are there. A guy got a little frustrated because he wasnt being served at the register when all the guys were in the garage and didnt know he was waiting

High Quality Workmanship and Excellent Customer Service - My car arrived at this electronics expert audio shop broken from a botched installation - they fixed the issue promptly and professionally. Because of the shops knowledge and skill from, Rick, Alex and an excellent installer, I have gone back to this shop to spend more money to do ALL other upgrades to my car. I needed help installing an aftermarket head unit into my Honda element.Went to Certified after another place screwed me over.These guys were kind, professional and patient. With one call they were able confirm they had the mounting bracket and wiring harness I needed.When I arrived they even wired the harness adapter for me. I insisted on paying for this service. When the head unit I purchased from frys was missing screws they found some and gave the screws to me. They even made sure my system was working before I left.I cant thank CCA enough. I will certainly return for any of my car stereo needs in the future.

THIS SHOP IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!! and are a hell of a lot better than the previous Owner,,, @JayCambell you came in with a pre-existing installation problem that had nothing to do with us and all we did was add an amplifier and you were expecting a custom built speaker box when thats not what you payed for,, instead of a bad review come back and well take care of any issues

Not helpful or friendly. I was the only one standing in the store when he told the customer over the phone that he had ten people on hold and the store was full of customers just to get off the phone. Didnt even take the time to figure out what I really needed oh well he mustve been really busy

I cannot say enough about how well I was treated at Creative Auto Audio. I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and more importantly, how the system they installed sounded. I had made an appointment to add a 4 channel amp and six new speakers to my sons new Honda Accord Sport. Once at the shop I asked about going with a more powerful 5 channel amp and adding an 8 subwoofer in the trunk and tweeters at the top of the door panels.. Raul was extremely helpful in telling me how I could go about returning the amp I had bought online and selecting the new amp and subwoofer which they had in stock. RJ did an excellent job in the installation of all the new components. All wires were hidden and all panels were reinstalled perfectly w/o any scratches. One of the tweeters I had bought online turned out to be defective. Raul said to go ahead and have the online store send me a new one and he would have it installed at no charge, which he did. The entire team at Creative Auto Audio were courteous and they know their business. My son is really into his music and this new system was a Christmas present. The base system in the Accord Sport is adequate at best. Thanks to Raul and RJ my son will now be enjoying really great sounds from his phone via Bluetooth while keeping all of the other functions the factory unit came with. My other son plans on taking his Tundra in soon to upgrade his system as well.

The people are honest and hard working relatively inexpensive and quick.

This was a horrible experience. I was quoted $75.00 for installation and walked out paying $155.00. My wires have to stick out of my glove box. Looks like kids installed it
