I ordered three walnut countertops from Omni for a custom project. Omni arranged the freight. The tops arrived at our location and were not crated or protected in any way (see photos attached). This is how the wood looked when the delivery arrived. The tops were badly scratched, dented, dirty and water stained. I immediately contacted Omni to file a freight claim and get the wood replaced but Omni never resolved the dispute. They stuck me with $3,000 worth of damaged counter tops and never attempted to make it right. After 7 months of no response from Omni I have finally posted a negative review on Google. This company does not stand behind their products and service - Buyer beware!!!

I bought a carving board from Omni Butcher Blocks for my son-in-law for Christmas. It was well-packed and arrived in good condition, with instructions included on how to care for it. Everyone was very impressed with how beautifully the board was made, the wood that was used was extremely handsome and heavy, making the final product one to be proud of. It will last a lifetime. I was so very pleased with this board and am very glad I chose Omni Butcher Blocks to purchase from. If youre interested in great quality, this is the place to go!

Beautiful craftsmanship, this board is nice enough to leave out all the time. Easy to maintain and still looks like it is brand new almost a year later with lots of use. You just have to oil it occasionally. We mostly cut bread and veggies on it, occasionally meat.
