SD Garage had someone out to do a free estimate the day after I called and their quote was $400 below everyone else. One of the two springs on my roll-up garage door broke last night but it was after business hours so there was no one to call. When I awoke this morning there was a San Diego Garage Door Co. repair vehicle in front of my house. My neighbors were getting their door system serviced. I told the repairman my problem, he explained the possibilities, quoted me prices and said he would come over as soon as he finished my neighbors job. He was at my house within 30 minutes and had my job completed within less than an hour for the exact figure quoted. I was thrilled with the speed and efficiency of Roy and would give him and the company high marks for providing excellent service without even so much as a phone call from me. Roy did a great job replacing the torsion springs on our door. Gave the system a good service and walked us through a few things that may come up. I did not feel like I was being up sold, he was just being helpful. We liked him. Same day service. He called 30 minutes before he was due to arrive so I was not waiting around. Roy was nothing but exceptional exceptional. I had an Issue with a truck that had a rolling door similar to a garage door. Apparently some cable snapped and it didn’t slide up and down properly. Had a garage door opener that needed repair or replacement. Roy arrived on time and was most helpful helping me decide how to proceed. Explained the options really well and worked to get a price I could afford and seemed reasonable. I did have him replace the unit which he did right then.
