The process was long due to COVID but worth the wait. From beginning to end the staff were very easy to work with. Andrea in the San Diego store was very helpful in walking me through my options. She really knows the products. A shout out for Marco and Eduardo who did the install. These guys were super detail oriented and made sure everything fit perfectly. Really happy with the final design and quality of the doors.

I absolutely love my doors. Living in a loft style condo the doors provide the privacy and noise buffer I needed. They are perfect. After making many changes to my selection/location I was amazed the professionalism and patience Andrea had. I have to mention the person that measured was awesome as well. After a few Covid19 bumps in the journey they got it done. Marco and Jose were wonderful and paid close attention to detail and understood the issues/concerns associated with working with an HOA in downtown San Diego. Angel and Luis installed our sliding doors today, thank you to them and all of The Sliding Door Company for custom-making and executing this integral part of our dining room to office conversion.The doors look great, they close off a large opening when shut and block very little when opened, the glass is tempered, the doors slide easy, and they lock.

We have purchased closet doors, bathroom door and a pantry door. The quality of all the products are excellent, the Representatives that sell it and especially the install team were great. I didnt think the quality of product and the quality of install every existed any more! Hats off to the company and especially the crew from sales though install.

We contacted The Sliding Door Company to help with turning our loft space into our infants nursery. We wanted to still be able to open up the loft space, but close it down to limit noise while our baby was sleeping. Andrea from The Sliding Door Company was able to work with me and help us figure out how to best achieve this goal. They were able to customize the sliding door to match the measurements of our loft space. When the door arrived their team came and installed it in a matter of a few hours. We couldnt be happier with the outcome!

Professionals. Andrea the salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy. Measured precisely. Took longer than I thought but in a container in San Pedro harbor so understand. Installers A Team # 3 Marco and Jose R. were professional. Tidy. Careful and cleaned up. Answered all my questions. Pleased.

We were looking to convert our loft into a bedroom and after a major headache with the permit process and inability to pin down a contractor, we started looking at alternative options. The sliding door company offered a solution that did not require a permit, was attractive, temporary (we can take it with us if we move) and works great in our space. I highly reccomend visiting a showroom as there are so many options and it makes a lot more sense to see in person. Their customer service team was responsive and helpful with all of our questions and helped us design a system that worked for us. It is a little pricey but it looks great and is way better than going through the process to put up a permanent wall.

The only hard part was recognizing that these closet doors (for a friend) were this excellent brand. We had one minor issue with our sliding door, which was installed by Sliding Door company about 3 years ago. We contacted company customer service and talked to Eric Redman who was extremely helpful. I bought a door some seven years ago and it was good. But now I had a completely different experience. The installation charge (that before was optional) now is mandatory (which is a way to hide a price increase). They change the original estimate and now they are refusing me a full refund when I didnt accept the new price. Dont buy from them.

Installed clothes doors for us. They are beautiful. Their work is of the highest quality. They are punctual. I would definitely use them again.

We needed a custom size pocket sliding door because we have high ceiling and liked the quality and design of their doors. Good quality but very expensive and absolutely NO customer service. Their office on 4th Av is randomly closed, so call before you go. Cost was about $900 ( special offer ) to start + $500 for delivery and installation which I did not want because Im a contractor. Then we changed the glass style and they said it was an extra $300. I installed following exactly their instructions handbook and had issues with the bottom guide and latching system. Called several times their L.A to get support, never responded to voice mail ( dont bother leaving a message). Talked to 3 different people who said that a specialist would call me back, they never did. Finally after an email, sending a video showing the issues, they got back to me and wanted to charge an upfront $250 for an assessment of their problem!!I ended up spending 2 hours to modify their system so it would work!!Stay away unless youre ok to spend big bucks and get frustrated!!!
