They are professional, knowledgeable, fun to work with, and they give us valuable suggestions on our different projects. They even offered to take us to window factory for a tour, we definitely plan to go. BDS is a fantastic company and they are very friendly people. We would not even consider working with anyone else.

The products were ordered correctly, they were delivered exactly on the same day Builders Direct promised to deliver them at the time we placed the order. They called us 3 days prior and 1 day prior to the delivery date, they did a great job communicating with us. After replacing our old vinyl windows with wood windows the entire look of our house improved significantly. We chose Milgard because of the brand name and the full lifetime warranty they offer. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

They wouldn’t even return a call or email inquiry unless your a contractor. I even went into their “showroom” several times and it was like pulling teeth to even get someone to attempt to help you. My advice, go somewhere else. They obviously don’t want your business.
