Came in when it was very busy and was attended to right away with a good attitude. NICKI WAS THE BEST!! I had spent 4 days waiting for Verizon to try and fix my issue, and even after they sent me a new phone, and I brought said phone to one of their stores, they still weren’t able to get it to work after sitting there with the “specialist” for 3 hours. I spent less than 30 minutes in this apple store, and NICKI not only fixed my problem, she got me a brand new iPhone replacement! This was because the refurbished one (which I learned that Verizons insurance fills with after market non Apple parts) that Verizon had sent me was still under Apples warranty. PLUS, this phone actually worked! Super pleased with my experience here. NICKI is a rock star!
Employee 275400936 was very rude and impatient while helping me with my laptop. I was asking questions trying to understand what might be wrong with my computer and he treated me like I was asking way too much of him when I just wanted to make sure I understood what he was explaining.He told me that I needed to leave my laptop and it would take up to 48 hours to be completed. I explained that I needed it by end of next day because I had to have it for work the following morning. I said if this couldn’t be done I would just bring it another time.He promised me it would be done next day. I verified this with him multiple times before I left and he again promised it would ready and he said he added a note for the technicians so they would also know to have it ready.I use public transportation so it’s not as simple as just hopping in my car and coming to and from the apple store. So when I came back the next day, one hour before closing, I was really disappointed to find out they hadn’t even started working on my computer.The really upsetting part was the lack of empathy and general customer service skills the manager showed in even validating that it was wrong that I was promised this by an employee.Anyone who has worked any customer service job knows to at least pretend to care that the customer is upset lol. Zero tact and compassion for the situation. I ended up having to cancel the work order (only solution I was offered) and take my laptop home and will have to make a future trip to get it fixed. Poor experience all the way around.

Miserable experience of the corporate life - like apple store. We were going to buy a 5th apple in a row just to learn that we will have to wait for 25 min without leaving the store ( no they would not text us), despite the fact that 5 associates were doing nothing but chatting around and others at the genius bar were stretching out of nothing to do. You can change your concepts.First - on 09/15 (Mothers Day) I went to this store to exchange the AirPods 2nd gen. it was defective and also to buy a new iPhone 12 for my wife (gift from mothers).At check-in I just said it would be for warranty service as the new iPhone would be a surprise for my wife.Inside the store after finishing the repair service, I told the clerk that I wanted to buy a new iPhone. He said he couldnt do that, that I should leave the store and make a new appointment that I would have to wait 3 or 4 hours to be called. Youre welcome? I was there prepared, happy, with my wife and my 7 and 3 year old children. Wait 3 to 4 hours? I only have Sunday to stay with my family.Second - I left and patiently at home, went online and scheduled a new time for today (May 16) at 4pm. I arrived 5 minutes early and soon they passed me into the store with my whole family again. My wife chose the color and model, we did the setup and backup of the old device and, after 1 hour, we were ready to pay.As I have Apples credit card, I wanted to use it by dividing it 24x with zero interest. At the end of the purchase the attendant said that it would not be possible because the system would only accept it 24x if I did this procedure online and that inside the store they only accept cash payment even though it is an Apple credit card. The fact is that this procedure is not clear at the APPLE store. This was proven by them and they apologized but nothing could be done.So I was told not to buy a free iPhone but rather to be blocked by some brand (T-mobile, Verizon, etc.), but this was not my wish; I just wanted to buy an unlocked iPhone nine and give it to my wife by paying on Apples credit card 24x the same as on the website. Difficult to understand that?We called the manager and the suggestion was that I do it right there, online, inside the store and in about 30 minutes the same device that was already in the hands of the attendant would be available. We did everything that the attendant instructed and at the end of the purchase the system would only let you deliver the new iPhone that was in the attendants hands the next day at 7pm. ABSURD! FRUSTRATION! SADNESS! ANGER! DISAPPOINTMENT! DISREGARD WITH THE CONSUMER. Several feelings at the same time because my wife uses the phone to work and we wanted to set up everything together at the same time we bought it after leaving the store.I asked them to seek other information from other managers or the person in charge of the store, but they were hard, cold and insensitive to our situation. Result? We gave up shopping and left home ... another frustrating Sunday because of APPLE. I think I already had an apple in my house. Gradually we will migrate ... there are other better and cheaper options ... they dont care about you. They want your money and, more than that, they want your data, your information, your routine; want to map who you are and do it to clone your profile to sell more and more; is the law of greed and oligopoly.Yes, we are all frustrated with terrible customer service and, by the way, we are opinion leaders and if you read this far, please do the same for the good of your family, think about how APPLE is treating you and how you would like to be treated.Today there is no standard of care as I used to say. Apple is no longer committed to customer service. Reservations only, employees aren’t helpful and are condescending in the store. Customers are hooked on their products and they know they don’t need to provide a good CS experience to bring them back in.
My wife has an Iphone, i have my reservations with Apple and wont go into details. Had some trouble with her phone whose warranty expired just recently. The staff and managers did a fantastic job. Well worth mentioning Sean or Shawn who worked our appointment in the afternoon. Great job team, service is what its all about and these guys went above and beyond. Thank you!
Mariah was extremely helpful when I walked in 10 minutes before closing wanting to purchase the new AirPods. I was initially told to head over to a table with an associate that completely ignored me to speak with a guy that was already being helped. Happy to see Apple still has some great staff members
We had an excellent experience at this location. Envo was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable when we purchased a phone for our daughter. I called Apple to schedule an appointment in this store. I was specific with the person the phone that i wanted to buy an iPhone and needed someone to help me change from an Android to an iPhone. I was told she would set me up with someone who could do just that. The appointment was scheduled for 15 minutes. I asked if that was a limit and was told that I could go on as long as I needed.I arrived at the store about 15 minutes early and was signed in. Even though there were a lot of sales people milling around, the person who signed me in said that I would have to wait for my appointment time. When it came time, another man who was monitoring appointments told me that my appointment was only to purchase a phone and that there would be no special help in transitioning from an Android to an iPhone. When I told him what i had been told when making the appointment, he said they lied to me. I would get no help transitioning.i was on my own. I said so it didn’t make any difference if i had set an am appointment or not and i had just wasted my. Time doing this. He said yes.Unbelievable!!! I guess the customer is not always right at Apple store! Thanks, but no thanks!!! Very frustrated and disappointed!
Excellent staff!! Very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy in the least. Answered all our questions even though we were just there to see the product in person and get an idea of how it looked and operated in person. Their COVID protocols are fantastic, even though it was a bit cumbersome they were still friendly and got us an appointment with no fuss even though we were just walk ins. Like any Apple store, the layout is intelligent and clean and really lets you focus on the products you are interested in. This is how a tech store should be... Which is probably the reason so many others have copied it. They really make the whole experience feel easy and even more they really do try to pay attention to just you while they are helping you, which in and of itself is a feat considering how busy the store can be during non-pandemic times. Great store.

Tried to buy an iPad 15 minutes before closing and was turned away. Bummer Apple. I knew the exact model wanted, full payment using my Apple Pay (no Apple Care because theft & loss aren’t covered like they are on Verizon’s insurance) last time and you literally pushed 6 buttons and someone showed up with an iPad within a minute later and I was on my way.Mike - the store manager - I’m very disappointed in your customer service this visit. Booked the wrong appointment (shopping not support) and they were able to help me even though they were packed. My Mac was completely shut down and after 3 phone support attempts it couldnt be fixed. Mark was patient and got me in and out in 40 minutes. To be fair he could of got me in and out in 4 minutes if it wasnt for the installs. Great customer service.
Walked in to trade in my iPhone 11promax for the 12 pro max. I asked a lady how does the trade in works she said one per transaction n walked away but another guy asked her the same question n she said two or three per transactions. Confused. I made a reservation in front a young lady checked me in n she said go to the fourth table waited for 20-30 min while other associates where just talking and didn’t care. I’ve been an apple user products since the beginning n I think it’s time for me to switch to another product. Associates at fashion valley Apple Store are redundant.
I had the best and smoothest experience at the apple store. I went in because i was having technical difficulties with my iPhone and was able to get help instantly, warranty granted and walked out with a new phone. Quick and easy service, staff was not too pushy, and I was able to get two new phones super quick. Only downside was that one of the phones took nearly two hours just to turn on and load updates, so it seemed to have been on the shelf for a while.

In addition to that Joshua stated if I had an old phone charger to just use that one!!!WHAT!?!I can not believe anyone would have the nerve to say such a thing.Check it out Ā, the first thing you do is open the box and toss it. Start enjoying your new expensive phone. Joshua continue by expressing that it was stated on their webpage and so on. Lets be serious here for a moment Ā . I am not thinking that a brand new expensive iPhone would not be coming with a wall charger. This absolutely does not make any sense at all. Went to apple store in Fashion Valley to pick my iPhone 12 Pro that I had ordered online. I asked the sales person if I could test my French SIM card to make sure it works before leaving the shop. The salesperson wasn’t sure so she went to the manager. He says to me “I’ve had 8 years of experience selling phones. It will work. We aren’t here to cheer you on as you test out your phone”.I would just expect a bit better customer service especially when buying a phone that is that expensive.Side note: I was at the Temecula store the day before and the salespeople were much more friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions in a non-condescending way.

Im an iPhone guy and I always buy my IPhones in fashion valley, today was my brothers birthday and decided to take him to buy him the new IPhone 12 pro max.Sadly the sales team is a joke, when there and waiting for almost an hour for someone to help us and no one came, then I decided to ask for assistance and the worker wasnt any help at out all. Instead of taking 5 mins to sell us the iPhone,he told us to come tomorrow with still 50 mins before CLOSING. I explained the guy that we had waited for a long time and this worker just gave me the dumbest answer and did a fake laugh, I felt highly insulted, especially after being a loyal Apple Consumer, the worst part we got out of the store without a new iPhone. Tomorrow we will drop by best buy and get a different brand. If youre planning on dropping over 1k for a phone I wouldnt recommend coming here, go somewhere with better customer service.

Today April 21 I came in to fix some phone issues and the technician that helped my mother and I, Conrad, was VERY helpful and was able to help us resolve our issues was nice and gave us a good laugh. Compared to the other apple customer service this was the best experience, I recommend it.

Appointments made at this store mean nothing to them. I made an appointment to pick up a mac air at 5:00pm. I checked in and was asked to wait in a long line which didn’t give me a good feeling. 45 minutes later and having been skipped several times I asked an associate to just bring my laptop outside, that I didn’t need to go into the store. I had my email receipt and DL with me but they insisted I had to wait for an associate inside the store to take care of me. I canceled my order and left after an hour. If this is how they are going to treat their customers I want nothing to do with this company.

I bought a MacBook pro here that has had issues since I got it. Fan runs loudly at all times and vertical lines appear on the screen depending on the angle of the lid. The problem has continued to get worse over time so I took it to the Apple store. Apple wants $600 to fix what seems to be a simple display cable issue, and they were not sympathetic to the fact my computers only 3 months out of warranty. Genius bar representative was very condescending while trying to convince me that a $600 repair on a $1,600 laptop thats barely over a year old is normal. I used to be a fan of Apple products but I will never buy anything from this company again.

Todays experience just adds onto the reasoning behind why I trust this company with all my heart. My iPhone had an issue where it would no longer turn on, and I was worried about not being able to get it fixed in time, however, due to an opening in their appointment system, I was able to be helped. Jacob was the sweetest employee ever, and helped me along every step of the way, and ended up helping me get a new and working phone. Not only was the service impeccable, but he was also very kind and made conversation throughout the process. Thank you so much to this wonderful team, despite it being a wild Labor Day!

Unbelievable how unhelpful this store is. Apple products and service are on the decline. My computer was constantly shutting off and no matter how many times they sent it out for repairs the problem kept persisting. Fast forward to today and my computer shut down without warning and will not turn back on. I’m desperate for help as I have a paper due tomorrow and I’m without support or help. I went to the store today desperate for help and in tears and no one was willing to help me. Just shame on you guys. Your product has failed me and now your customer service has as well!
I came here with a pair of damaged AirPods that I bought within the past couple of months. They said the damage was caused by sweat from working out and there was nothing they could do. The manager admitted that even though the marketing for the AirPods shows people working out that you actually can’t do this. I was shocked at the poor level of customer service I experienced and am incredibly disappointed that this is how Apple deals with Customer Service.

I had to make a return and they made it so easy inside the store. Because of covid - 19 I had to wait a little bit outside but they were very thorough. So I am adding to this review as I visited again to do some unlocking of my eye products. I had a genius help me Don was so patient and polite oh, he was very professional answered all my questions and I will be returning to the store if I need help!

You need a reservation. Walk in appointments weren’t available for 7 hours when I showed up! Ridiculous. Pandemic or not, buying a device should not be that difficult. Literally would have been a five minute transaction. They don’t even offer in store pick up right now, so I have to wait TWO weeks for to get a new device.
Don’t take your computer here. I brought my computer here because the screen wouldn’t turn on and it took them two weeks ! when I finally got my computer back they erased all of my memory without consulting me and were not even apologic about it. All my data GONE. Seriously ?!!! Very unprofessional basically kids that don’t know what they’re doing trust me don’t take your computer here.
I went in with a cracked phone that I had received from AT&T out of the box. After speaking with AT&T and Apple via phone, extensively, the assured me that the matter would be resolved at the Apple store. I waited two weeks for an appointment, left work early and waited in 90 degree weather outside to take my appointment. I spoke with Mark the manager who was extremely unprofessional as he accused me of lying, stating that my phone would never come in this condition and it must have happened in my purse. I told him that the principal of the matter is that my phone came damaged and Apple is the manufacturer. He said, Im sorry we can repair it with a $200 fee. I stated that this is not good customer service to charge someone to repair a phone that came damaged upon arrival. He told me that often people think its unfair when they dont like our answer. He was condescending, argumentative and snide. He had a poor attitude and I cannot understand how someone with those traits would be considered a good manager. You lost an Apple user for life because of this one person and the way they chose to not only leave the matter unresolved, but leave the customer feeling belittled. No one should ever pay $1k for a damaged device to be told they have to spend another $200 to repair it.
After making an appointment they still made me wait outside for 1/2hr before seeing me. I was here to look at my AirPods that had stopped working after a few months. The associate explained that they had been damaged from sweat from working out and there was nothing they could do. The manager came over to help explain that they do not cover damage from sweat and that you cannot workout in AirPods. He was extremely rude and kept talking over me. I tried to explain that Apple advertises working out in AirPods and his only response was that I should have bought Apple care and that if he did anything to fix the issue that it would not be fair to those who bought Apple care. I was incredibly disappointed in the poor customer service by this manager and Apple in general.

Make sure they scan in your appointment. If they dont they think they can do whatever they want with you and turn you away because it wont appear on their performance records. I see more employees chatting with each other for 30 min straight than helping customers. The line outside is 1+ hours long. There is little to zero COVID compliance and professionalism. Please please take my words by heart and make an appointment elsewhere. Not only do you not gain anything here, you might get home and be diagnosed with COVID. Dangerous place.

I’ve been here many times over the past decade+ and service has really tanked at this location. Representatives don’t bother asking questions anymore, often offering solutions without consulting their colleagues/documentation or even thoroughly understanding what the customer is asking about. The last few times it’s been disheartening how little Apple employees seem to care. During my last visit, one employee informed me an accessory isn’t compatible with an Apple product (when it was) so I should buy a third party version. They really wanted to sell me on how great this product was, “we wouldn’t carry it if it didn’t meet or exceed Apple’s standards”, even though i had already said yes to buying it if it was the only option; they even did a sales spiel with AppleCare+ even though I told them I always buy it as if I was sales training practice for them. Please, I don’t want to discuss why I should by the product I already said I’d buy.It turns out they were incorrect and the third party accessory was awful; luckily, online I was able to verify compatibility and bought the Apple accessory online. Returning the item was another bad experience. I called and was told to do it in person and when i arrived I was carelessly told to stand in line by one rep, then told I didn’t need to stand in line by another, wasting 30 minutes of my time. I have more comments/examples, but I hope this was enough for you to shop elsewhere or online if you can help it.
Don’t do online purchases and pick up in store... they will give you a time frame on your pick up. Then your time is done you still don’t get your time to get the items you order. Because you still don’t have the email that your order is ready... what a waste of time... better fall in line and you can easily purchase in a fraction on time...🤬😡

Anytime I have to go here, I wish that I did not have an Apple. Many times they put me in trouble in the purchase process. Once their techs told me that my under warranty product will be repaired at no cost or replaced with a new one, and delivered to my door, then I received an email that says it will cost 199 dollars plus tax, by the way, the new headphones are 350 dollars. I wish that Chinese brand should not be banned in the US so, I definitely would have got that. Minus 5 stars. No. Minus 10.
Went in for a battery replacement on a iPhone. Was scheduled through Apple and had an appointment. In the Store I was told they don’t have parts for battery replacement. Genius wore a mask that did not protect the customer. Now I have to go back again. Not what I expect from Apple especially during a pandemic.
Scheduled appointment online and was told I didn’t. Finally got seen and they said they could not fix my screen and recommend a replacement for 400$. I went somewhere else they had it repaired for 140$
The store is empty and they can’t let me in anyway cause I don’t have an appointment. No line outside and with 3 customers inside and 20 employees doing nothing. Shame
We will NOT buy any apple products any more I went to Fashion valley for Ipad password Issues Simple jobs NONE could help Brian manager was so RUDE the rest of them NOT helpful NO more waste my time to the store or to buy I told to all my family co workers stop buying app products they are worst to used or replace or at store NO ONE helps but wants to sell NO one knows their jobs!!! I love the Apple store but the staff could be a little bit more helpful the lady ran off and then she came back and it turned out she couldn’t help me and all I wanted was an ox cord so I can play music from my phone to my car but she couldn’t help me it was an awful visit this time
So I had a guy named Ed. He was amazing! Honest with answering my questions. Polite. Professional. A very nice vibe. Plus, he explained to me how the dynamics of the store and staff work. Consumers don’t give these guys much credit when it’s very well deserved.Thank you!!!! 💕
HUGE WASTE OF TIME, had an appointment today to repair my cracked screen, I had a 4:30PM appointment and showed up an hour early to see if I could drop it off for the repair early they said I had to wait till 4:20 which I completely understand, when I came back at that time they took me in and proceeded to tell me that they could not do the repair because they got behind I asked why they couldn’t tell me that an hour ago or contact me also why would they still take walk ins if they were behind he proceeded to tell me that I should have booked it at least 2 hours before they close, why would apple not notify me of this? I had to drive down all the way from Vista and wasted my gas and time, they said I could go to a different apple and get it fixed a different day they should have just told me that in the first place overall I am extremely disappointed with apple.
Very bad experience with sales and management. As a loyal customer of over 10 years I was treated very unfairly. Manager Brian Strand didn’t show any decency in actually accommodating a return although receipts were present. Instead he was trying to blame the situation on me as a customer. Horrible approach. The lack of professionalism was just terrible. I will never ever again shop at this Apple store.
I watched a bunch of youtube reviews for an Ipad model I was thinking of getting but wanted to see and feel one in person.I stopped by the Apple store here and got to try out both the apple pencil and keyboard which helped convince me to get one.And for the record the 12.9 in IPad Pro is legit, screen is much bigger than my handP.S. Being able to checkout with any worker there with Apple Pay makes other stores checkout process seem like theyre living in the stone age
4-6 weeks ship time for MacBook case unless you pay 9$ to get overnight or pick up at the store by appointment next day which I decided to do. Next time will pay the 9 dollars. Came at 8pm seems like a bunch of security/Apple people loitering outside unorganized.. no line of customers, had them scan my order, had to read a page of covid questions while they took my temperature.. waited more and had a guy check my ID then said he’ll be right back with the case. Another guy came a few minutes later with the case and asked my ID again. Annoying and unnecessary I was picking up a case I paid for not buying a house guys come on.

Just waited in the express line for 45 min for one pack of apple pencil tips. Once in the store they told me they didnt have them.... 45 mins half a dozen employees milling around and they couldnt check?
