Absolutely horrible quality and service. I’m a pro boxer and always loved reyes. I finally purchased my first pair of training gloves and even got my name printed on them. That was the only good part. I’ve had the gloves for 2 weeks of training and there is a huge tear in the lining as well as the stitching coming off. Not even 30 dollar everlast gloves from big 5 have torn on me like this within half a year What I’m really upset about is the fact that when I contacted customer service, they told me they’ll get back to me to see if my gloves had warranty or not. Apparently that takes a month to do. I waited a week and contacted them again just for them to ignore me a couple of times and then repeat the same message. Now that I’ve shared my displeasure they finally do something about it but still have the nerve to tell me that I have to pay for shipping and the return label cost. How on earth am I going to pay for something that they messed up on? I spent over 200 dollars for a wack defective glove and horrible customer service ? No thank you. Never again.

These guys scammed me so hard. I bought a pair of gloves, i didnt get them in the mail. The headquarters received them. I tried asking for a refund, they send they sent it. I talked to Mike 3 times, after that he has decided that i dont deserve my gloves or my money. Do not get me wrong, Cleto Reyes is an amazing company, but just this situation is absolutely ridiculous. I cant believe Mike the Manager has decided to do this to me. Got new Reyes lace ups and the stitching is already falling apart. First the left gloves inside cuff stitching came apart on my 2nd day, got them fixed at a shoe repair place. I was pissed and left a review and got them fixed and all was good.Now, about a, month later, the inside stitching witch is above the wrist is falling apart, as well as the stitching on is sewn into the patch on top of the wrist. What the hell, reyes? My 2 previous pairs of old reyes lasted 6, 7 years. Not pleased at all. Going to have to go with a new brand but not sure what to go with because Ive only used Reyes. Been reading reviews online and Im not the only person this has been happening to. Another kid I know got Reyes everything, shoes, helmet, gloves, and he rarely spar bc hes a newb. The chin strap and stitching is already falling apart, as well as the stitching on his headgear. Im not some fake reviewer from some rival boxing gear, Im a lifelong Reyes brand supporter, but something has changed. Ive heard they started making them in the United States. Whatever the case, Reyes isnt what it used to be.RIP Reyes. You arent what you once were, and as much as I want to, I cant risk wasting 175$ on a pair of gloves where the stitching comes undone 1 month in. Over it

Great boxing equipment. The gloves seem to run a little small.
