Needed a chain and pedal arm replacement on my Assault bike. Called these guys on a recommendation from a friend. They were fast and efficient. Most importantly, they were able to get the part when I was not able to. I kind of botched the first appt since I did not clearly communicate to them that I did not have the replacement yet. They recovered graciously and quickly, found the parts, and rescheduled fast.Great company to work with.

Antonio and Anthony dropped off at my home a 3 sides Vectra gym machine that was gifted to me and my kids from a very generous couple. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and fast. I will recommend anyone that has a need to move a large piece of gym equipment from one location to another to use their services - as well as any repairs to old machines. After meeting them I realized that I could have fixed my treadmill machine as well as my stepper instead of getting rid of them. 100% will use them again for sure!

Antonio and Anthony installed my Rogue Fitness Monster Cave yesterday. After driving from San Diego to Palm Springs they worked non-stop for 9 hours before leaving for another job. They were both knowledgeable, profession and polite, I could not be happier with the service they provided.Also, James Redding, the owner of FES was wonderful to work with. Through a series of emails, that included TForce shipping losing the two pallets with 1900lbs of equipment for three weeks, we were able to schedule the job. I was quoted what I thought was a reasonable fee, until I saw the amount of effort required to assemble this beast. After paying the original invoice I wrote to James saying I thought he undercharged me and that I would be happy to pay him more. We settled on an additional fee that I also thought was very reasonable.This is a class operation, from start to finish and I fully endorse their services!

FES did an excellent job of moving my large Pro-Form treadmill from a house to an apartment. The doors were not very large. James dis-assembled parts of the treadmill, and he and his partner moved everything neatly and efficiently. He did not damage anything, and after putting it all back together, he tested it to be sure it was all working properly. I will definitely hire him again, if the need arises.

Don, the technician who was dispatched called while on his way to give advance notice, this was very good. Don was courteous, professional, did the a very solid job, fixed the problem on first visit, the job was clean. Though he used lubricant multiple times not a drop spilled on the carpet. He came with a mask on and was on all the time.Diagnostic for possible future repair was done and a year from now we will replace the belt. Company responded promptly when I contacted them about repair on on a Schwinn elliptical machine. Prices were explained, including how it would cost less money if the repair could be made in one visit. The technician who came to our house was very polite and explained everything well. He was able to do the repair in one visit.

James worked with me to get the piece of equipment disassembled, moved, and reassembled the next day. James and Antonio are hard working and pay attention to detail. They took good care to ensure the equipment arrived without a scratch. Assembly was methodical and the machine looks great. I had a great experience. James was very prompt getting back to me and patient. His delivery crew was awesome. They carefully unassembled my old treadmill and brought it to my office. They explained how to put it back together and even offered to. Its going somewhere else, so I didnt want it reassembled. They carefully brought in and assembled the new treadmill. I keep saying carefully, because I was worried about scratching my floors. They did not drag anything. I didnt realize how much work I gave them, but they never complained. Seemed happy to do it. I called James back for a squeaky noise and he responded right away and came out himself, to fix.

About a week ago I needed to have someone take a look at my treadmill as it wasnt working like normal. Once they came in to have a look they thoroughly explained to me that all I need was to do some maintanance for the machine. I appreciated their professional and honest approach.

Im an avid fitness fanatic and have an older Diamondback elliptical. All of a sudden when I turned it on the tension went to the maximum level and I wasnt able to get it to rotate at all. I called the company and they gave me a few repair shops to call. After doing my research and checking reviews I called Fitness Equipment Specialists. James was able to get over within a very short time and diagnose the problem. He ordered the part that was necessary and returned shorty for the repair.Not only did James fix the broken part in my elliptical, but he also fixed the squeak that had been going on for a very long time. He went above and beyond with the maintenance, wiping down the tracks, etc., and made her feel like new again!When I thought something was wrong again, I called James and he came back out immediately. Problem was easily solved and couldnt be more happy with the service that FES and James provided.

On Monday, I googled for PreCor service in San Diego and found FESA. Same day, called FES about servicing a 10--year old PreCor treadmill. James Redding of FES called me back very promptly, scheduled an appointment for Wednesday and showed up exactly on time. Very professional, checked machine thoroughly, answered all my questions. Given what I spent on the used PreCor and what it would cost to repair, we both decided buying another used PreCor (with less miles on it) would probably make most sense. Overall, very pleased with the service from FES and James Redding in particular. Also hope James will run across a customer who wants to sell a well-maintained PreCor of < 5 years old.
