This place is Keto Gold! The owners are amazing! They put in so much research, time and thought into everything they sell in the store. They only sell clean keto products that are all gluten free and they always focus on local and small businesses. They are true professionals and have helped me so much! They are always there to answer questions, suggest ideas or recipes and are never pushy in their sales ever. The store itself is a gem! Laid out well and they always bring in new products and welcome you warmly when you enter the store. I know that I. never have to read the ingredients or worry when I buy something from them that it will spike me. They really know Keto! You can tell that they live the lifestyle and work hard to give their customers the best service. Shopping here is always a delight and I stock up every week!

California Keto is a game changer! OMG, I am obsessed with this place. They have so many things and are always bringing in something new. Now they even have keto French fries!! This place has made Keto so easy for me. Their meals are super delicious and everything in the store is clean and gluten free. I dont have to worry when I shop here. I feel safe knowing that anything I buy will not spike my blood sugar and also taste great! The owners are lovely and always so helpful and Mike, their employee is also a certified Keto Coach! I was really impressed with California Keto. I’ve been hoping for a keto retail space to open, and I’m so glad someone finally did it.Their selection is great. I’ve been doing keto and paleo for years, so I thought I knew most of the major brands. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find I didn’t know probably over half the brands here.They also have space here for “Keto Kitchen” which makes really wonderful Keto baked goods. I know some people avoid all sugar substitutes, but I just can’t. The cupcakes really help take the edge off my sugar cravings.There’s also an excellent ice cream selection, with several brands and many flavors. There’s also some meats and cheeses as well. Supplements too.The owner was extremely friendly and patient with me. I felt genuinely welcomed. It was fun to have someone knowledgeable to talk to, and ask questions of.Parking can be a little tight, I’d park on the lower level.Definitely give this place a look if you’re new to Keto, or if you’ve been in the road for awhile. They have something for everyone.

This store is truly amazing. You know all those products youve been wanting to order online, but dont want 12 of them? This is where you can go get them all. Theyve been open for a few days, and its a keto wonderland in there. Plus, the cutest dog mascot welcoming everyone. They ONLY carry products with clean ingredients, regarding low carb and keto, which is a pleasure. Amazing mission statement. Jordanna and Michel, the owners, are so knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. Plus, they will be getting new stuff in periodically, which will be fun to go check out every week. Even if youre not keto, these products are gluten free, great for diabetics, low carb and some nut free and vegan choices. Go get your nitro coffee at Starbucks, walk next door and shop. Best place ever here in San Diego with a variety of different products, meals and desserts. Quality in its best! Pricey but worth it.

Good store, not the cheapest but about the same price as Amazon. Beware the Store closes pretty early so dont be late. Wish they had a larger selection of breads and cereals but overall pretty good.

I dont eat a fully keto diet but do eat moderate to low carb and tend to carb cycle because I weight lift. This place is so fantastic for keto tasties and the owners seem like a pure delight.They deliver orders over 50 dollars which is SO. Helpful. They even popped a enci sweets cookie in my order which I gobbled right up upon arrival. Its really the little things. Love this place!!!

Excellent service and free local delivery! We placed an order for my moms birthday. They wrote happy birthday on the bag and stayed to wish my mom a happy birthday! (From a safe distance and with a mask of course!) California Keto definitely went above and beyond. Plus the bagels and cheesecake are delicious! Thank you :)

Limited selection (not a huge surprise since they just opened), but friendly customer service. Its fun walking in and checking things out rather than always ordering keto foods online. As a bonus, they have a good selection of keto treats, desserts, and baked goods--a great stop for a treat when youre feeling deprived or need a guilt-free goodie on a non-cheat day. Looking forward to coming back and hopeful that their selection will grow.

Very friendly they walk around the store with you and help with any questions you may have. They also have samples!!! Finally a store I can walk into without having to order online and pay shipping. Will definitely be visiting this store again!!
