Great tool at great prices.If they have multiple qualities of the same tool, buy the best or youll be sorry

If you have been to one Harbor Freight, youve been to the all. Its all consumer equipment and accessories that well probably break after a few months of use. On my trip I needed a 3-in suction and discharge hose for a gas-powered water pump. Luckily they had what I needed, and I was able to grab the last two in their inventory. They made sure to mention a check out that these items could not be returned, even if I did not open them.

The prices have gone up recently on a lot of things and a lot more items are itc (paid membership) discount only. Some things like gloves may not be entirely their fault but still hurts. Growing up I used to mail order from them all the time as none were close and I only dreamt of shopping in a b&m one day and that experience still does not disappoint..still pretty much the best bang for your buck on most of their tools.

The only HFT in the area that had the trailer parts i needed. Great prices and a Very helpful and courteous staff.

I am greatful for Harbor Freight. I buy solar panels, foam, silicone, tools here. Luther handled my extended warranty on my solar panels very proffesionally. I totally abused my solar panels with my cartoon of grandosity. Luther got me new one again under provisions of extended warranty insurance. Thank you.

Good choice to find most tools for a professional handy man or a shop

Great deals, excellent staff at the Miramar location who are willing to help and who will roam the floor to offer help. Great tools, ranging from entry-level stuff to a new house brand of highline hand tools that are excellent. also a great place to find solar power project materials and led off-road lights.

Store is clean and well organized. The selection is huge despite some specific items being out of stock (only available online). Staff is welcoming and always available for questions/helping. Not giving five stars just because the coupon system now sucks. HF recently changed their promotion system and coupons are rare now. You know, these little coupons which made you make the extra miles to get the items a HF rather than at your neighborhood giant (lowes, home depot, etc.). Difficult to find a reason to drive to remote HF in Miramar without these coupons.

I know that a lot of people believe that Harbor Freight Tools are poor quality but have you paid attention to what most of the stores are selling? If you buy anything from HBT you have a 90 day period to return it and besides many of the things that I have purchased there are far superior to items costing 3-4 times the price. Give them a try!!

I always get looked at but never help by employees. And cashiers are always short and pretty much rude with me every time even tho today they were quite chatty with the customer before me, and a large queue waiting. Cant help to feel more aware of the color of my skin for some reason 🤔🤷🏽🤷🏽‍♂️

Customer service has been good every time I am there. Not a big store so they won’t have everything but the prices are reasonable and they have most of the things you would need.

This store is good, attendants are nice and helpful, as for the tools, they are competitively priced and some of their tools aren’t the greatest, but for their prices, they are great, perhaps not for professionals, but for DIY people like me... they are fine, and help you get whatever it is you need to do and won’t be more expensive than the actual project... of course some power tools, you need to be conscious of what you are getting and what you are going to using it for... I’ve some tools there that I would never have owned at regular prices... and of course, I always use their coupons...

This place has great prices on just about everything you can imagine when it comes to tools. The people here are very helpful also and friendly.

First time here on Mira Mar Rd. Best experience at a HFT. Everyone working was happy to direct us to the various aisles we needed. The cashier further saved us a bunch. This will be my new Harbor Freight!

Needed to return/exchange defective tools. No problem. Fast and fair. Purchased 2 more just to be on the safe side. Love these long flex head ratchets. Even love the fixed short ones. 3/8 one side 1/4 on the other. You need these tools if you wrench for a living!!!!

Harbor freight tools has some of the best deals on tools that are pretty good quality. Theyre not professional grade tools but they are great for the tool box at home. I have tools that I bought at harbor freight 20 years ago that are still in great shape and I use them often.

I liked my visit here, spent about 220.00 dollars here for my welding gear. And it was worth it because cheap deals and nice people. But it would be nice if theyre was a closer one for the low income to help them. I had to get a ride from my boss/girl to be able to go here. But safe place and area.

Had to return a rolling seat that I had purchased online and all I had to do was show the receipt from my phone and they gave me a gift card and I used it to purchase a different type of rolling seat that easy and they have a good employees with great customer service care

Got to love this place. Primarily because of the price. They now have 3 grades of power tools, from just getting your feet wet to professional. I say professional as I havent tried them yet. Alot of my cheap stuff are still going strong. Granted you get what you pay for, but it is still a great deal. Definitely sign up for their inside club membership, youll save a bunch of money. I almost always by the extended warranty as you simply bring in and exchange at the store. They are very good about it.

We all know that HF has budget tools, but they are a tremendous value. I use tools every day for home and auto use (not professional), and HF tools are very hard to beat for the money you spend. Not all are superior quality, but many are very, very good. Do your research and the find the tools that are great, and you cant go wrong with HF tools. I love this place!

I am impressed with the selection of items. This is my husbands favorite place to shop and I can see why.

Great prices and decent quality merchandise.Harbor Freight is a great place to get some of those things that you cant find anywhere else. Im not sure if its a company policy or just for the locations in California but, they do not carry any hazardous material such as pesticides. They do have a small selection of spray paint.I was able to get replacement wheels for some of my tools and carts, here. I have not seen them anywhere else.

Staff was friendly. Willing to help but not pushy if you are just browsing which is nice. This place has a decent selection and is pretty cheap. The thing with harbor freight is to do your research. You can find solid tools at a good price but you can also end up with a cheap sub part tool. Look at a few sources for reviews and there are plenty of solid deals to take advantage of.

First time to this store and I found everything on my list (watch repair kit, needle point files, scissors and pliers) all within 5-8min with no problems (and I get lost in a paper bag). Went down there with the buddy to go buy a motorcycle lift. We called before we came down from Oceanside and asked them to pull it out cuz we were on our way down there. I we get there less than a hour and a half after we called. I didnt pull out the motorcycle lift like we asked. And then the supervisor whats so lazy that he kept coming up with excuses why he couldnt pull the motorcycle lift out. When they said on the phone that they will have out by the time we get there. Thats Supervisor Thats horrible customer service skills he made the store Hes out on a $800 sale

The tools are fantastic; however, I cannot say the same about the staff. I asked a staff member about a tool and he had no idea what I was talking about, but Instead of asking for help, he jumped to an assumption. When he finally realized that I knew he was feeding me a line, he then asked for help and I got the tool I needed. The next question I asked, he again took a guess that was completely wrong and passed it off as the answer. This time, I just ignored him and walked to the counter to buy my tool. One register was open, so I waited in line. Then they opened another register, but instead of taking the next person in line, me, they let people from the back jump ahead. As I said, the tools are great. So, I will be back - when I cant find the tool I need anywhere else.

Good tools at a good price. Very busy, very organized and friendly staff. The wait in line was ridiculously long, but the cashiers were doing their best to keep up. They definitely needed more registers.

A big store full of good tools and other stuff. No, not world class, not the best. But good enough for most of us, at prices you cant ignore.

This place is perfect for do it yourselfers. The tools are low priced and above average quality. I have just about everything they sell for projects around my house. I use them once and store them until another project arises. I dont want to buy the best, just need them once. They have a large selection including auto, carpentry, power generation, plumbing, gardening, water pumps, electric and gas engines, security cameras, dollies, safes, workshop tools and anything else that you could possible need. They also stock everything you will need to paint the house. This is a one of a kind store. You will love it.

AKA the Chinese Consulate, youre going to find some of the exact same tools as the big box stores under different American-sounding labels for MUCH lower prices. Some items are a better buy than others. Hard to beat their generators for value. Coupons for free items in local circulars and national DIY magazines make every visit a treat.If youre going to use any of their beefier power tools as a tradesman, buying the extended warranty gets you a worthwhile no questions asked replacement.
