Literally 4 voicemails were left over a 6 day period and not one return phone call.Bret from Aqua was excellent and had to walk down there to try and confirm inventory (which was incorrect on the Hot Tub Supply Store website - meaning they would have taken my money for a product they did not have in stock).Use this company at your own risk...

Excellent company with knowledgeable staff. They sell the tubs and parts. This should be your go to spot for all things Jacuzzi. Parking is easy and so is access right off the 15 freeway. Give them a call and they can verify they have the part you need or call for a service tech.
