I have 4 children and decided it’s easier to get them ice cream through a drive thru rather than walk into cold stone after a long day. The young woman who took our order was extremely nice and helpful. The problem was 3 out of 4 children’s ice cream had HAIR in it. That is unacceptable and quite frankly, disgusting. I don’t know how 3 hairs can get into 3 different scoops of ice cream, but I will certainly not go back and prefer going to cold stone rather than experience this health code violation again.
