I bought an LED lighting system from them a few years ago. It was a custom system, they suggested it based on a description of what Im looking for, and Ive had many issues with it. The technology never pairs with the app, so I often cant even turn on the lighting when I try.I just tried to call support, and they said they are phasing out the main component driving the product I bought bc it can be sketchy sometimes, and said they can send over the manual again.

We ordered Chasing LED lights for our Christmas tree. When they arrived, lights on one of the strands didnt appear to be working. We emailed EnvironmentalLights late on Friday evening and had a reply waiting by Saturday morning, a professional and courteous email with a potential solution and a promise to replace the lights if that didnt work. The email was detailed and helpful and the solution was correct. We didnt expect a reply until the next business day of the following week, but with a very helpful and pleasant interaction, the problem was resolved in less than 24 hours. Great service!!

I purchased several reels of their LED strip lights and transformers to power the lights, and I am very happy with the products. Environmental Lights is also very quick to ship an order after its placed, and they provide very thorough documentation for installation. They also have very detailed information about the products on their web site, which made it easy for me to decide on what I wanted to order. While I suspect that its possible to buy the same thing or at least similar products elsewhere for quite a bit less, I feel that the combination of thorough information and good customer service is valuable.

Environmental Lights customer service is awesome! Weve been happy customers for many years, but some of the Christmas light strands we purchased last year were defective. Bruce Bishop made sure we got the replacement lights, and we remain very happy customers!

Great customer service and a great product. We install their under cabinet lights all the time. The multi color LED tape also looked great on the bar we installed on.They respond very quickly and are always there to help!

Our lighting project came out better than we expected. Both my wife and I are so pleased that we can now show off our art glass collection. If I had known how easy it was to design and install, I would have done this years ago. Waiting has however allowed us to use the newer connectors with the under cabinet lights and the inline dimmers make the setup even easier to use – my wife loves the convenience of having the dimmer/on/off switch at cabinet level. The installation was a snap and we could not be happier with the outcome! We would definitely endorse Environmental Lights to friends and use their products in future projects.

I wanted to be the only wrecker in my area to have Christmas Lights on it, so I began by searching Google with 12 volt Christmas Lights as the key words. Environmental Lights was prominently displayed in the results, so I went to their website. It only took a few clicks and I found a product that exactly fit my needs. I bought several strings of 12 volt LED Christmas lights. While each string comes with a cigarette lighter adapter, I really only needed 1 because you can run several strings together due to the low voltage requirements and the convenient plug-together ends they incorporate.Sadly, one of the strings failed shortly after installation. But, because they had sent me an e-mail to ask about my experience, I now had a name, an e-mail address, and a phone number to call them with. A simple phone call to them and they immediately sent out a replacement string to me.I dont know of any product that is absolutely 100% fail or fool proof ...... its how failures are delt with that lets me know the integrity of those Im dealing with.I like the product and I acheived the desired results ......... I am the only wrecker I know of in my area with some very nice and bright LED multi-colored Christmas Lights on it.Ill use them again
