I dont normally post reviews here, but this place deserves it. Luis was the most professional person I have dealt with in quite a while. I wondered if he was the owner or related because the service was so excellent. The prices are good for the area and it is easy to get to is you live nearby. Definitely the best place out of the other storage places in the area.

Some of the greats people I have ever meet.... Help me in a pinch thanks guys... And tested was right on pot with other places..

The most safe, cleaniest storage place I have ever seen, the hours are amazing! I now have 3 storages with them will reserve more for my business.

Been here for two years in those its been more negative experience then positive. People like George the maintenance man is a positive always willing to help. But other than that not good company through the two years that I have been a customer here we have had constant issues with the aisle electrical outlets the dont work much more times than they work for example I used to work in my storage unit five times a week now I just work maybe an hour once every other week. Now its useless to bring up your issues with management because it seems like they really dont I had an employee use the all mighty frase Thats not part of your contact with us. Just give you guys an idea of what speakingUpdate theres a gate in the facility that hasnt worked for over a year and everytime you bring up an issue their response the work order is in that will be their reply for months, now why wont I move? Because they are close to the border and the only other facility near the border is also theirs. One more if you happen to need help before 10 am and George is not working good luck trying to have someone assist you. Update facility manager Cee calls me to see about my review first tried to blame me for the lack of electricity because he believes a Laptop, two desk lamps and a Printer take up enough electricity to blow a fuse box. Second goes on to tell me technically the electrical outlets are part of service that Im paying and when I figured he was just looking for excuses I told him in an upset manner that just forget about it that I new what he was about next thing I know he hung up on me. Totally unprofessional I really miss the old crew much better service. Now I must add today I was looking for a package and Alejandra was very helpful.

Wow, what a journey. We needed a unit fast and a little on the larger side. Hard to find at a good price, Units are booking up fast all over the place. We got the run around from two other locations that over promised and under delivered. We tried this one, had to work out. Its getting late in the day. Fingers crossed. The location is bear the border, further than we wanted to travel but, its a nicer facility than both the previous two. He had a unit 9x10. We wanted 10x10 but the price was right $104/ per month. We reserved it online but she didnt tell us about any monthly special. However, Luis is a rockstar and he got us a 25%dis off first month!!! Now the price is really tight. Second floor unit with an elevator. Thank goodness and thanks Luis. Cant give give stars because they are still not allowing people inside the office even with a mask. This is excessive especially in the heat.

Otay Crossing Self Storage is easy to access right off a major highway. Staff always answered the phone and answered all my questions. Driveways are large and easy to maneuver. I recommend them.

Jesús, was friendly and an awesome help in our storage rental. The place is close to the freeway exit, it’s clean and affordable. All the Units are gated and have easy access. There are public restrooms and the office sells packing supplies, locks and other storage materials you might need. Definitely recommend this place !

It’s a storage unit, empty room with a door that locks. Guy that checked me in was super nice and helpful. However the next day another employee was screaming at me that I needed to leave an ID to use a cart. *received a free lock in exchange for google review.

Horrible experience, bad attitude from the office people towards delivery drivers. They delay on helping and place is sometimes inacceaible for cars because other renters place their pallets on the halls.

When I arrived months ago Jorge the forklift driver was very helpful and made me feel welcome and he is always checking to see if I need help moving pallets as well as continuing work on the ongoing garbage problem, as long as George is there working then I will have units rented when he retires I will most likely do the same, its hard to believe the Otay crossing self storage will still operate once he is gone
