Great staff... Mir and Jason are great, as well as the other staff. They always say hello with a smile and know your name. Ive been going here for about 20 years and wouldnt go anywhere else. They are happy to grab the mail for me when I forget my key. I have rental tenants drop off rent checks with the staff and they put it in my box. If I am waiting for a special package or envelope, I can call and they will check if its arrived. I use them for leaving my book keeper quarterly packages so they can come pick it up. They are really like a mini-office for me! Superb service... highly recommend!

I recently needed a live scan done and I was surprised that this place offer a live-scan. To me the cost was also budget friendly and it only took me a total of 10 minutes to do it. The place was also easy accessible through the Rosecrans Street and there’s three parking spot just adjacent to the mailboxes offices but there’s also some parking spots all around the mini mini complex.

My experience at Mail Boxes Express (previously Mail Boxes Etc.) has been fantastic. Ive been a regular customer of Mirs ever since he bought the place over a decade ago. His professionalism, commitment to excellence and wonderful caring personality is second to none. An example of his caring personality: Mir will do his level best to figure out why my packages haven’t arrived at their scheduled destination even if it means dialing up customer service at FedEx or UPS and giving me the update.Additionally, during the Covid pandemic, he and his staff have done everything possible to keep customers comfortable. Things like airing out the store, wearing masks, have limited number of people in the store at any time, readily available hand sanitizer are staples of their care and diligence.He really is the best.

I called after they were closed to see if I could get something notarized. The owner offered to stay open late for us. We rushed down and he took care of what we needed notarized. Thanks a lot for the great service!!

I travel a lot, and that makes keeping up with mail challenging. NOT! I had two other mail services on west coast before my path led to MBE, and now my search is over. No matter where I am in the world, all of my mail is safe! If Im in Mongolia and looking for some crucial letter or package, the staff will keep an eye out. The folks I have known at MBE (including some who have moved) are, to a person: friendly, compassionate, expert in their business and craft (packing scientific instruments is not for beginners), reliable, and most of all, fun people to know! I cannot give a higher recommendation for mortal enterprises.
