Horrible service. Uneducated in their own field of expertise. You be fooled if you expect the correct information from this postal annex. I think her names starts with an M, But poor thing has some attitude and probably hates her job. With all that said Id rather run my package cross country than deal with this place. Get a job you enjoy so someone else can enjoy the job you take for granted.

Ive had a PO box here for about four years now. I do almost all of my shipping (for work and personal) from here. Never had a bad experience. Heck, you can even return Amazon purchases here. I originally picked this location because of its convenience to my place, but Im staying with it because of how easy they make my life. They are a true gem in downtown.If youre in downtown and have a shipping/packing need, or even if your phone charger cable bites the dust this place is where you want to go.

Very convenient to my downtown home, the staff is very helpful, if you need a mailbox this is the best one downtown.

Customer Service is the best always helpful

I used to always pop in here to drop mail off and the women who work here are pleasant but today Roxanna went above and beyond. I needed a form printed notarized and faxed on short notice to have my mom carry out and she made it totally a breeze and was a life saver today. She even took payment over the phone. Thanks Roxanna!

This is a great place, I know you might think any postal annex is the same but nah- this place provided great service and is always very friendly! It’s almost like a family run business who you know will help take care of everything you need! I had to return something that was an awkward size and they helped me fine the right box and packed it. It took me no time or effort at all, It’s great to have these guys around the neighborhood!Actually it is a family run business, the owners are there sometimes (maybe all the time?) and they are just simply good people!5-star business!!

I try not to go in this location because the service is painfully slow! Just needed a book of stamps, but she made me wait and wait. Didnt bother asking what I needed help with, offer to help me quickly while the other customer took his time making out a label. No customer service, no care at all. Shes rude and dismissive. Last time I go there.

They are always very nice and the owners or a lot into customer service. Twice in the years I’ve had a box here I’ve thought one certain employee could manage time better. I mean prioritize customers picking up mail while you are doing a large shopping order. But that’s just a thought. Still love the place.
