My Daughter and I was So Impressed at this Auto Zone. My daughter was having a bad day already and to add to it her license plate holder had broken off . We stopped at the San Dimas Auto Zone and was so happy with the young man Isaiah M., not only did he help her figure out what to buy, but went above and beyond and actually went outside and spent the time removing the remains of the old plate and putting on the new one. Thank you Isaiah for being a Very Kind and Generous Young Man! It was Very Much Appreciated! Great Job hiring him Auto Zone!
I came in today after my car died on me due to a bad battery. My car had been giving me troubles cranking up properly for about a week. During which, I was trying everything I could to resolve the issue. So admittingly, my attitude wasnt the best when I arrived. Upon entry, I was greeted and helped by one of the service reps, Angel. I have to say, this brother went above and beyond to get my car started and running. And its worth mentioning that I didnt make it the easiest on him with my attitude during the process. However, he handled everything professionally and stayed positive! Thats a quality most dont have, so I appreciate all the patience and effort!
The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that they did not carry any of the marine products I was looking for. They are well stocked and helpful.

MY FAMILY SHOP WITH AUTO ZONE. YET EACH LOCATION IS DIFFERENT. WITH MY EXPERIENCE, I NOTICE TOO OFTEN THE SALES REP AND CASHIERS FAIL TO HELPFUL. THEY OFTEN TIME DO NIT WANT TO MOVE FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER. WELL THAT CAN BE A PROBLEM FOR ME. IM DISABLE AND USE A WALKER AND WHEELCHAIR. MY 65 YEAR OLDER BROTHER IS ALSO DISABLED.IT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE WHEN THE REP IS PEOPLE FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO ASSIST. I KNOW THEY ARE NOT ALL MECHANICS HOWEVER, SHOULD HAVE SOME KNOWLEDGE OF AUTO TERMS, THEY SHOULD KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT MECHANICS.THEY REPRESENT THE OWNER. THE STAFF SHOULD ALWAYS REPRESENT THE COMPANY RESPECT THAT EMPLOY THEM. IT TAKE BUSINESS OWNERS YEARS OF HARD WORK TO BUILD AND TO ESTABLISH A PROMINENT SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS. I just purchased a car & the young man had fancy headlights I needed to find some that were age appropriate lol. Help me see better at night. The young lady helped me out on the choices. Very good to have a female there to help us not make females look dumb

Monica the store manager was very rude!! very passive aggressive in her actions. Condescending in her responses I offered her feedback on how she should have more patience with customers and she immediately became combative and said I have alot of patience as a store manager for auto zone you should be trained on how to deal with customers who dont know exact auto industry standard names. You guys need to do something about her attitude. I will be calling corporate if I ever experience this level of rude behavior again there at the store.

There system was giving them trouble. Instead of handleing it in a cool colective humble manor they were yelling/fighting with each other and snaping at the customers. And I gess you need a ID to buy a battery. The older women there has no pr skills

The staff are super helpful and immediately offered their assistance as soon as we walked in the door. I suspected that I needed my battery replaced and they confirmed it through testing. I bought a new battery ($150ish)and they installed it at no additional charge. Plu, I received an $18 credit for giving them my old battery.
Worst autozone I have ever been to. Katherine’s customer service is by far the worst. They racial profile customers for sure. I wouldn’t ever shop here again. I would advise driving the extra 5 minutes and go to the one down the street.
Im very happily satisfied and thankful for the awsome service and all the kindness of all the employees who went out of their way to help me phil is an awsome young man who gave me wounderful service in helping and replacing my signal light bulb and all his genuine kindness ill be back here again for sure
My local car parts store, you should know them like your local butcher. Good guys and always helpful. The more they see ya the more they help ya!
Idk who it was but I never see the Employees happy. I wanted to return a item and the guy said to go somewhere else and didnt pay attention to me at all. If your gonna work for Autozone, make sure you show customer service and a smile in your Face or just quit.

I had a decent experience at this store. They were not very helpful in redeeming my rewards dollars.You can actually use the app to do this. They were rudely adamant that you could not and had to have the physical card (?). They made an issue and stressful situation when it was not necessary.I successfully used the app to do the redemption when all was said and done.

I will not be going here again there is a older women that made me feel like some low life she was rude and followed me around the whole store with my boyfriend who works on cars for a living and he got upset by her he just said lets go I would rather take the risk of my truck power steering pump go out than to deal with someone who thinks Im going to steal from here so shame on you auto zone lost a loyal customer

Luckily my mechanic tested my battery, in which it failed, so he recommended I go specifically to the AutoZone location for assistance. My battery was taken care of since it was within the warranty timeframe. This is my 3rd battery from AutoZone in the last 6 years or so. Always the way to go!
