The first time I brought my son to get fitted, the woman didnt even aknowledge us. She was sitting at the table on a personal phone call. When she finally helped us. She was very rude while she took our measurements. She kept making weird comments about my sons physique. She took my $20 deposit and told me to come back today.I came back today to pick up the suit. Same woman sitting at the same table eating with another woman. Told us to take a seat and shed be right with us. I looked around where to sit....The only seats were 2 chairs at the same table they were eating!!!!!! Wth?!? They finish eating. One of them comes to help us, food still in her mouth, greasy fingers and all...tells us the suits arent ready and to have a seat. Ive been sitting here about 45 min....still no suit!Place is very messy and cluttered and unorganized. Workers are rude and unprofessional. The only reason I came here is because the quinceanera got her dress here. I hope they treat her better than they did us.DO NOT COME HERE!

Very bad experience buttons come off and suits are stained. Also 2 times I came they measured me and they still get the sizes wrong for both me and my friend. Don’t recommend this place at all!

Worst place ever .Bad customer service lady working there has the worst attitude and she wants to pressure you to buy the things fast and wants you to leave right away . She literally lied saying that the tuxedo was new and it was used . I dont recommend this place at all i should of looked at the reviews before even going to that store . She has the worst attitude . Not professional in any way .If i could give this a 0 star i would . Why couldnt they sell me a new tuxedo if i paid for a brand new one .

Ladies are very rude. Sold me a dress at a “cheap price” got it altered and she put it in a bag right away didn’t let me try it on. I get home and the dress is RIPPED from the inside. It was lace so my bellybutton was visible. I went to complain and the three ladies that SELL there said it want there fault . THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE SELLING. 100% DO NOT recommend

Worst customer service. Paid for a wedding dress and was told can pick it up in 2 days and got a call the day before that owner couldnt get the dress anymore but she wouldnt give my money back. Scam! Dont buy here they say they are going to provided a dress and youre stuck with store credit! I wish I could rate zero stars

Bad customer service and even worse quality. Rented a charro suit from them and it looked like the seams were falling apart. The hat was also cheap and was all botchy. Moreover, the quince court went to pick it up 1 day before the quince took place and took 2 hours just to attend us. Didnt seem like they cared much for us.

Worst place ever ! Planned my quineceñera with them ! Had a whole packet planned out with them ! Was told that I would receive the frame for the big picture and wallet size pictures ! But never got either and I didn’t received my pictures right away it took them two years ! Just to get the prints ! Was suppose to get the cd with the pictures they said to take my own flash drive ! Preferred not to go back and waste my time ! There liars !
