Wee had cards made here for my cousins wedding !.She told us to come in on sat to pick them up, showed up on sat no cards were done, she said wed we go on wed and she says oh sorry I need one item I’ll have them tomorrow, Thursday comes no card and she gave them to us unfinished…very unprofessional! Ladies, guys please do not come here she is very unprofessional and from the looks of it she’s been doing this for a long time !!! I will be taking this lady to court because she refuses to give me half the money back !!..they have others stores to chose from in sanfernando if not u are better of in downtown Los Ángeles that we’re this people go and get their stuff anyways !!! Stay away from this lady …..

The worse service. I ordered my fiances vest and tie two Fridays ago. She said she will call me on Monday. I never got a call from her. Its been a week and a day so we went i . She said Oh, Im sorry I didnt call you. She said what size was it, we said I dont know you measured him. She brought out different vest and ties. She didnt even start on our order. I recommend not to shop here.

Not professional at all. I celebrated my daughters quince and bought everything from her. I even got the pictures from her place.I had problems from the start.With my daughters color to not getting my pictures.she is full of excuses and blames me because she said I was a very difficult person to please.I paid in full so I wanted everything nice.

Had the worse experience. All my groomsmen tuxedos were not ready until the day before or the day of the event. Suits were not clean and although everyone was pre-fitted they all had to wait for their suit to be altered at the time of pickup. Also the grooms tuxedo was not available in the color selected due to it not being available and was not notified until he went to pick it up. I will never use or recommend their shop.

The owner is very unprofessional and rude. Things are everywhere and a mess.

Bad service we ordered wedding dress we had two and a half months waiting and almost 15 days of the event and it turns out that they want to give us an old dress making it go through new they thought we would not notice it do not buy anything in this store the owner is not onesta nor reliable bad person trying to fool us
