This store is lacking in customer service skills. Please do better for our community.

This is DJ Omar from the Century Club. Ive been a DJ for over 20 years and as far as Im concerned this is a professional place, clean and knowledgeable. The owner and the employees are very helpful. Theyll get you what you need at the best prices possible.

I went to pay my phone bill at 11:30am. When I got there the door was locked. So I figured that he or she was in the restroom.So I wait five minutes and still no one was seen inside..So I decided to call the store and a girl answered the phone and said YES were open..but the doors were still locked.i waited around 30minutes and left...VERY POOR EXPERIENCE....So here I am again trying to pay my phone bill at metro pcs. On San Fernando Rd. And there closed when the sign on the door says that there open...waited for ten minutes and still no sign of anyone inside..others customers came to still no avail was anyone inside... very upset!!! Workers there should be fired....

Im not gonna say anything about their employers because they have always been friendly and good people with me. But the owner, total a$$, overprices everything, and cant even give you a price over the phone. So u have to drive all the way over there to just to get a price which is well over retail +tax. If your gonna buy something there. Research it well, and know the price limit so you dont get fooled by how this guy tries to negotiate with you.

They have great selection of name brands like jbl,qsc,ev,mackie,rane,american audio,pioneer,numark,cerwin vega,crown, peavey,elation,global truss,behringer,kenwood,alpaine,shure etc..so enjoy your visit like my me...

Employees believe they know a lot about what they sell and in the end they do not know as much, they never give prices by phone and when they are there they do not know how to tell you what they have, they do not have a website to see what they sell, very expensive compared to other places and the things that you give mostly are imitation or generic brands similar to the original ones. There are no refunds of money if something goes wrong, they change it for another equal or sometimes they do not want to change it. IT IS EXPENSIVE AND HAS A BAD SERVICE.
