This store was very welcoming both by the environment and workers. They were wiping down the displayed phones and that brought me great comfort. The mobile expert Joseph who helped me answered all my questions and explained my plan in detail. Overall, great experience. Will definitely come again !

The staff at T-mobile were fantastic!! In particular, Chris helped my family and I tremendously! I already had an account and transferred 2 family members to my account. Chris’ people skills are on point.Also Jackie happily spent time answering my brother’s questions on how to use the iPhone. Everyone helped without hesitation and happily. I highly recommend going to this T-Mobile location. We even got a fun bandana for our dog Polly. Even Polly jumped onto the T-mobile bandwagon.

Received incompetent service, misinformation, and misdirection, which resulted in a waste of my time. Youll receive better service speaking with an agent over the phone. The one staff member outside was posted and continued to play his very loud music. My dad had to specifically request him to lower it down because we couldnt even hear him. Then, I asked him to help me remove a line and upgrade my account to their newest Magenta Max, which he quickly stated his location could not assist with. To top it off he said the Magenta Max 55 could only accommodate 2 lines, which is completely inaccurate.

I came here to refill my prepaid phone account, they took my money but for some reason or another the payment did not go through. When I called then store to ask about my line, they tried to make it seem like they undercharged me and thats why it didnt go through, he asked if I had a receipt, I didnt because I had opted for a text receipt instead, he replied oh well luckily I printed it out anyway implying that he somehow I messed up but he saved me lol. I went back the next day and the customer service was horrific, I was asked for the receipt again by a different person, I told her that on the phone I was told that they would save it in the office, she responded with oh we shred everything from the day before I pointed out the guy who attended me the day before and she completely ignored me. I was made to feel like all of this was somehow a mistake on my behalf when the only mistake I made was walking into this store.

We were helped with Joseph but he was trying to charge my dad’s account 121.50. When we consulted with Joseph, he told my dad that adding two direct lines under his account would only cost $80.00 in total. Joseph did not explain thoroughly to us that T-Mobile would charge us for the promo nor that it would be credited back. This wasn’t the major issue. We discovered he “forgot”to tell us that he unwarranted an $18 protection plan without our consent. As a matter of fact, Joseph didn’t even ask us if we wanted a protection plan, he just fraudulently added it to my dad’s account. We care about my dad’s finances and having someone trying to ADD A PROTECTION PLAN WITHOUT OUR CONSENT is FRAUD!

Beware! This store hides fees and is not upfront about charges. My daughter got a new iphone in November of 2020. They’re supposed to ask you if you want the Apple insurance, we weren’t asked. They just added it. Then my other daughter in June went to buy a phone, we also said we didn’t want the Apple insurance, we come to find out they added the insurance too. They didn’t even ask us. They just focus on what they can sell to you. They don’t care if they screw you. We’ve been on the phone with T-Mobile for hours trying to get the fees waived and I was told to go into a corporate store. Our account is on auto pay so we didn’t realize until last month that we had been charged all this time.I will never again go into this store.I would recommend you go only yo cooperate stores.

Wish I read the reviews before coming here.I pay monthly for insurance and when my phones touch screen stopped working they shipped my replacement here but when I came to swap the phone they wouldn’t accept it since they tried saying the scratches looked like “chips”.Anyone with eyes and a brain can see they are not chips. Scratches are acceptable under the “normal wear and tear” policy. Then they told me to come back another day to talk to the manager. No thanks. Got the phone fixed by a 3rd party I just to avoid the headache. Time to call the “insurance”.

Long time AT&T customer and will never go back. Right from the start Martin was inviting and engaging. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with our thousand questions. I had attempted to start service online wit T-Mobile which turned out to be a complete waste of time and utter nightmare. After 6 hours of dealing with T-Mobile over the phone and playing g a cat and mouse game with them I finally walked into the T-Mobile store on San Fernando. My experience was a complete 180 from the experience over the phone. Martin was the gentleman that assisted me with my dilemma. Martin had patiently dealt with customer care and was able to straighten things out for me. Martin was a blessing. Even after service was established, I came across a problem the next day. Martin was at the store and again selflessly and patiently was a pro. Straightened the issue with customer care and resolved the problem. Martin is the man and T-Mobile is fortunate to have him on their team. Thanks again Martin for going above and beyond for a customer. Top notch service!

Jessenia thank you so much for being a total lifesaver!! I called 1 hour before the store closed asked if they had a phone in stock and if she could help me with my upgrade. She said yes so I drove over as quickly as I could. As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a smile and was able to help me out and get me going in less than 15 minutes. I would like to speak highly of a certain employee whose name is Gloria shes located in the 9705 store in San Fernando she has been a great help to me this is the second visit on the first visit she informed me of the Tuesday freebies and I was able to get an umbrella and it so happens that on that day it was raining sycophants shes very personable has a great personality and is extremely helpful to the clients. On my second visit she was able to accommodate me with Netflix as well as giving me advice on some hacker that I was having problems with and in addition to that she was personable highly intelligent and very nice. I came in and needed to get an upgrade. I called and was told that the location closed at 8pm I have been a loyal customer of t mobile for many years. And was told that they were closed and it was still before, I drove all the way from Malibu, which is more than 25 miles and all they could say they couldnt help me?!!! Wow what great customer service 😒 I dont even know if I want to keep T-Mobile as my provider after that.

Went in asking details about plans because I was an AT&T customer. The store was clean and fairly busy but I was able to get help right away from a friendly rep. This is the WORST T-Mobile store I have ever stepped foot in. Rude employees that have no idea how their company operates. I came in with my note s8+ that I dropped in my driveway, I have jump and wanted an iPhone X. Ok. Employee tells me they cant accept it broken...understood. He gives me a repair place that they suggest. A $340 repair later Im back at the store. Except the same employee says they cant take it because it doesnt look right ( I think I didnt look right to him), to add insult the manager wouldnt speak to me about it. Well 20 minutes later and onward to the next official retailer, they had zero issues taking it back and giving me an iPhone.Case in point. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! Waste of time, awful employees and inept management. Google makes me give 1 star, they deserve none. Save your time, go to the Van Nuys T-Mobile, they are very pleasant people.

THE ONLY WAY I CAN POST THIS IS BY GIVING THEM A STAR THEY DO NOT DESERVE.I have to agree with any negative reviews this store gets. I was with Sprint for 20 years, and this is the worst Customer Service I have experienced.This was the 3rd time an employee of this store lies about something. This time my daughter took in her Iphone that had stop working. An associate tells her that after checking with the store manager and another associate they cant do anything because there was a small chip on the screen, but she could take it to this repair shop and they hand her a flyer and sign it (kick back?) she could have it fixed and then bring back the phone and they could then send in the phone for warranty repair.She gets the screen fixed for $80 goes back to store and another manager tells her that they cant because now the phone has a dent in it and the only way now is if she pays the deductible ($250.00) and has the phone replaced. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. The manager on duty refused to help in any way. I did tell them i was going to file a complain against this store and he then said go ahead. I ask for business cards and miraculously no one had them. they were all out or new to the store and they just ran out. I dont understand how they are allowed to lie to their customers and why we dont just keep filing complaints as customers we have rights.

Be careful when shopping here they will lie to you. I came in to buy an IPhone X and was told the only way to buy it was to buy other items I didn’t need. They said I couldn’t buy the iPhone unless I bought a speaker, Bluetooth headphones and a case for the iPhone. I asked the girl if I needed to buy these items and she said yes if not I couldn’t purchase the iPhone. I went to the North Hollywood T-Mobile store and the employee there told me that they had lied to me. So I went back to return these items and they even wanted to charge me a restocking fee. I wanna go back an get the employees name so I can put it on this review because when I went to return the item she wasn’t there get her name. Buyer Beware

Extremely poor customer service. Went to add another phone to my account. Upon giving the account information they asked to see ID. I had to go back to get ID. Upon giving the the ID they wanted the primary account holders approval even though my name is in the account. Provided the phone bill, even after all that they wanted us to call the 1-800 number. Next day went to another location and got done in 5mins.Complete waste of time. Save yourself some time and avoid this store.

Terrible customer service. We bought a new phone and they ended up switching the account, which was fine. However, they somehow changed the social on file to some unknown number & now I cannot access my account online. I called and was told to go into a store so they could physically verify my identity. I then go to the store and the young lady told me she couldnt help me and that I should call CS... well I just called customer service and he was certain that this is something they can and should be doing IN THE STORE. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Theyre just rude, are always busy, take a long time to handle anything and the store is filthy! AVOID THIS LOCATION
