Dont waste your time here, the short hairy armed employee working here had no knowledge of what Verizon sells, he did not want to move from his tiny little fortress that looked like he had built with banners that were in the store. If you want excellent service make the trip to the Porter Ranch location, their employees welcome you as you Walk in and attend to your every question.

Worst Verizon store ever. The short fat employee there didn’t even want to help anyone. Seemed annoyed by everyone and everything. I was trying to get an upgrade and mentioned I wanted to trade my phone in. He said the promotion was for new customers only which wasn’t true. He wasn’t even trying to be helpful. I left to the Northridge location and the service was MUCH BETTER. I got the full price for my trade in and everything was smooth and explained in detail. I’ve been warned about this location and yup. They need to clean house and hire people who actually want to work.

Today I went to this store to look into buying a new phone. There were two guys working, and one asked if he could help. I pointed to some Samsung phones and asked if he could explain some of the differences in features between the models. He went on to tell me about the only phones they had to sell that were in stock, which he said were the new iphones. I said I was interested in learning about the Samsungs and he repeated what they had in the store. I said cant you just explain the features on these Samsung models? to which he replied, well those are only dummy phones. Ok fine, but cant you tell me about each model? I mean, couldnt I order one online with him if I liked one? And he repeated he didnt have any in the store to sell me. In other words, since he wouldnt be able to sell me one that I could walk out the door with he had no interest in helping me. So I told him to never mind and that he wasnt being very helpful so Id go somewhere else to which he replied ok. Im sorry, but as a Verizon customer for over 20 years, if Im going to spend $800-$1200 or so on a phone, I expect to be treated better. I typically go to the Verizon store in Hollywood near my work where Ive always had outstanding service, but due to COVID I am working from home so decided to go to a local branch. Big mistake. My husband had a similar experience at this store about 6 months and I thought he was exaggerating about their lack of helpfulness. He wasnt.

Traded my iphone 10 for an 11 pro max. Got a really good deal and they lowered my monthly bill. My first bill had the regular upgrade fees and my second bill is cheaper than before. Parking was easy in the back.

I went to get help because my screen to my phone was locked/frozen. I couldnt turn the phone off to reset it. The guy who attempted to help me was able to turn it off and restart. BUT he did some type of hard reset because I lost ALL my photos, I couldnt get my contacts and when I asked him what he was doing to my phone he couldnt answer my question. I was very disappointed with the service. I called Verizon and was told the guy never entered notes in the system about what he did to my phone.

My new galaxy note 9 didnt come with a charger, so I had to make a second trip back which i was super annoyed about. They alsodont carry many phones in stock. However I was in and out super fast and the gentleman that helped me was polite and helpful.

I’d recommend going to a different store to be honest. They opened almost 30 minutes late and it smelt like weed in the store. The gentlemen who helped me didn’t seemed engaged at all in the conversation. He came off as tired and wanted me to leave.

Came to switch services from tmobile since I been having issues Nathan was very helpful and explained to me the difference of each plan lets see how Verizon services work for me if anyone decides to come here please ask for nathan I highly recommended.

Best experience ever in a Verizon store. Jay was extremely patient & knowledgeable regarding upgrading our account, operation of our iPhones and Galaxy S8. All companies should aspire to provide the kind of customer service Jay provided.

I wish I could give Verizon 0 stars. I had contacted the phone insurance company to have my phone replaced for burn in on the screen and a broken s pen. I was told by the insurance company it was a warranty issue and to contact them. So I contacted them about the warranty and was send a new phone and told to send in my old phone. About a month later I recieved an email saying I owe $300 for the phone.. so i try and contact Verizon directly and have spent 4 hours with customer service who have agreed to give me a refund and then all of a sudden we get disconnected. The worst customer service experience ever and this is Americas most rewarded cell company damn.. all the others ones must stab you I honestly dont believe it could get worse lol
