Got a box of 60 oysters for 64.99. Staff can be busy, but always helpful and friendly. I mainly come here for the meat and fish dept. But they have good produce too.

Bad customer service experience with the old Chinese man at the fish section. Hes very rude and not wearing mask when helping customers. Management should reprimand this old, mean, rude and no respect Chinese employee.

A box of mangos from Ciruli Brothers (purple label and box) full of not edible mangos. Money wasted and so very disappointed. Will MOM store takes this back? Highly doubt it!

I like the produce and seafood sections. There are all kinds of other curiosities too. I found Black Sesame Seeds, Ponzu Sauce, and Seaweed Seasonings I really like, among other things.

Typical Asian Grocery where you will find hard to find items at the Major Chains, such as five spice and star anise, an Asian staple used for soups and sauces. You just have to know what you want. Seafood section is decent, as the inside looks cleaner than the outside (good thing).

Asian grocery store, decent produce, fresh fish and meat section. And they carry AA Brand Texas long grain....my favorite rice. 50 pound bags and 25 pound bags.

Incredible choices in the spice isle. Difficult to get assistance as the stocker most likely doesnt speak English but thats okay. I like to cook and eat outside of my culture and all those odd spices are right here. Great meat and fish choices but you need to be aggressive at the fishmonger as its quite authentic as you wrestle with granny for attention on those busy days. We call it Moms at our house and we like it.

The shelves were well stocked, selection good, and the produce fresh and lovely. Parking is plentiful. I will be going back!

Great selection of hard to find Asian foods and terrific prices on Asian foods like bok choy that are available elsewhere. Only place locally has big bottles of sesame oil.

I only come here for spices/ dried stuff. Their fresh produces are not fresh at all. One time we had to throw away 2lbs of shrimp bought from this place

Prices on some items are better than other Asian Market with wide Selections.Seen some fresh Vegetables and fruits..Check always the Sale items very good.

Good place to find oriental food, BUT customer service is REALLY BAD.I bought few things there yesterday Oct 27th, including a slice of seabass fish. The cashier lady when scanning the price tag, she mumbling something, I asked what is wrong in Vietnamese,but did not answer my question. She spoke Vietnamese with a customer was in front of me. She then called the store manager or owner, then spoke with him in Chinese. I once again asked what is going on, she just keep silent. The guy brought the bag of fish to the back without telling anything. Five minutes later, he came back and gave the bag to the cahier to continue scanning. She did not say a word to explain to me what the hell was going on!!! I still dont know what was it all about. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They racially profiled me and tried to make me leave my babys bag at the desk with my money and wallet inside. Only me since I looked around and seen others with their baby bags. Ill never come back here. I have money no need to steal.

Terrible shopping experience in this grocery store! (San Jose store on South White road)This store sell food with mold, and reject to return just because it is over 24 hours return window!!! Tried to return 2 vacuum packed fungus egg noodle just purchased several days ago. Not return at same day because too busy to do that. Staff reject return and show me their 24 hours policy and told me fungus might grow after the purchase which is not their responsibility. Walk in and find same fungi noodle packs still on the shelf! Show them, but the manager like person still reject the return and ask me to leave??? Unbelievable terrible place! Just thinking anywhere I can report this officially.

Similar to DDs discount, ross but its hard to get any quality or branded items for less price. Mostly the price are less for the non branded items.
