His staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they wont sell you something and forget about you. If youre in the market for great audio or video equipment, go see them. Replaced a radio for us on our convertible. They were very helpful in finding the right model with a screen that would be visible in the sun while wearing sunglasses. They did a great job in the install. It was better then when we came in. Very nice people really accommodating and very knowledgeable.

I wanted to add car play to my 2018 Mazda. Curtis mentioned that he could buy a kit to make it work, and said he’d call back with an exact price. He called later and said he found out that Oak Tree Mazda could do it for cheaper than he could. So he spent a lot of his time, and ended up finding me a cheaper deal elsewhere. I’ll definitely be back!

I was impressed from my begining interaction with Mike and Christian. Originally was going to just do a stereo upgrade on H2 Hummer and was so impressed that I did a redo on my M3. Both cars are back to the current year in regards to technology. I loved both cars when I first bought them 10 years ago but recently I was on the verge of selling both cars due to lack of current technology... well we are back at the honeymoon stage of our relationship. Can’t decide on which car to drive. Thanks team “Audio Design” for your recommendations in making both cars up to date. Both cars have a factory look to them not aftermarket install!!!

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I wanted, he workout the details and explained my options to me. He and his team took a system that was already pretty good and made it amazing! I highly recommend this shop!

I was really happy with my overall experience at Audio Design. I went in to upgrade my system but I didnt want to get ripped of because I dont know much about car audio. Mike helped me understand what would sound best in my Chevy Tahoe and everything came out sounding great. The installation was clean and the quality was exactly what I wanted.

Unprofessional Installation, at its worst.I have a Jeep that I take overlanding, dual batteries, lights and other accessories. This year is clean sheet year, cleaning up all the old electrical cruft and doing clean installations. I talked to Audio Design about removing and replacing my alarm because I wanted it done correctly.It took three tries to get the remote start part of the alarm to work. I was ok with that because the electrical system is fairly complex, and I wanted it to work correctly. But when I started the next electrical project, I found the Batteries had not been re-secured after the work, the siren had been ZIP TIED to the main wiring harness, and various bolts that had been loosened were not tight. I called and had a discussion with the manager, but decided to fix it myself, and probably just not go back.Today, I am working on a GPS upgrade in the cabin, under the dashboard. I found neither the alarm nor the remote start modules had been secured to anything - theyre just zip-tied to a mass of wires. Wires from the removal of the previous alarm have bare sections, perfect for shorting out. All of the neatness that Id been working towards so I can troubleshoot any failures in the field has been completely wiped out. I did neater installations in high-school. Extremely disappointed, and frankly kind of furious.

He does not honor the warranty. I spent more then 2000.00 in his shop and many trips to get the speakers fixed. All his equipment failed. It can not be just coincidence.

Kind of expensive. Not much to choose from. I miss AMS car stereo.
