Very satisfied with my windows! I can honestly say these guys do a wonderful job. Not only their great customer service but also amazing prices. They are very hardworking men, and very understanding when it came down to how I wanted my glass windows to look like. Also there was no misunderstanding when it came to the estimate or price. Little order gone bad.i ordered 4 glass shelves for the shower. It started out nice, with professional advise to get tempered glazing recommendation. Price offered was very reasonable.When 4 glass shelves were ready for pick up it appeared that the glazing was not tempered as promised it said annnealed on the sticker. I was told that annealed is the same as tempered. What is incorrect. Then it appeared that one shelf was not matching template size. I paid, but i told them that i have to check if the not matching shelf size. Unfortunately i could not fit it and came back to shop. From there everything went wrong. 2.5 months later with many visits to the glazing company A1 bay area glass, Miguel finally confessed that he has not re-ordered the 1 glass and is not willing to do so. What was unbelievable that communication / responses was horrible. Miguell had wasted my time to come by and then tell me he did not have it or was not home, ... and i could continue with many details. End of story was that i gave up on them and said just give me back my template and the money.The fact was that 2 shelves could have been done tempered.Never an apology was given, and the overall customer service due to my many visits without a product to be picked up. I did read the bad reviews before, and thought, well only persons that have had a bad experience write this, and maybe most customers have a good experience. Well, sorry, with all my patience and calmness for 3 months, ... i have to say : My experience was BAD, and i can not recommend this shop. The job was very easy, and hard to mess it up. 4 templates and 4 glass shelves to be cut matching size. Sorry, this people really messed it up.Fred B.

Hate to leave such a terrible review, but I dont know this companys issue is. We got our shower door replaced a few weeks back, which took maybe 2-3 appointments to get done, because they would not show up as promised. After the installation, there was a leak in the door, and was leaking all over my carpet. We have been trying to get this fixed, with the same issue of us making an appointment, and them not showing up, then making a new appointment. I am writing this review after the 10th bailed appointment, with our issue still unfixed and my carpet developing mold. The unprofessionalism is insane. Find another company, these guys were a huge headache, and I would have spent another few hundred just to get it done in a day.

If there is a zero star, I will choose it. I got the mirror installed about 2.5 months ago, the quality is so poor. The dots started to appeared from the back side of mirror. Its not only the quality is poor, the service is horrible. I called Miguel last week, he told me to call this Tuesday to set up an appointment for that Thursday or Friday. I called, Miguel told me to wait for him Friday form 8-noon. I called again Friday 8:30AM to ask him when he planned to come over, he told me 1-3PM. I called again 12:50PM, he said he will be from 1-3PM but dont know when yet. Now its 4:40PM, no show up nor phone call. I called 6 times to his phone, he never picked up and I reached VM everytime. Poor quality, bad service, not responsible business owner. DEFINITELY DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

We have used them on three different occasions and have had great results each time. They installed a beautiful sliding glass door to replace the very aged one we had and then they replaced two different shower doors for us. They have been courteous and professional every time.

TERRIBLE SERVICE ( I only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option)I called and had a quote made up in the same day and was told my shower doors would be installed by the next week. They NEVER CALLED! When I called them they said they had called and made an appointment with me already, they called the WRONG customer to make an appointment for MY shower doors. When they finally make it to my house 2 weeks after the quote, the doors are too big. They load up the doors again and say they will be back within the hour to install. I get a call form them 20 minutes later claiming the shower doors fell off of their truck and they will have to reorder them, this should only take 3 more days and they give me $100 off of my original price. I then call them 4 more times in the next week with no answer! Finally I get a call back that my doors are ready but they have no one to install them. After a month of this I just wanted my shower doors installed! We make an appointment for the next day for them to come. 10 minutes before they are supposed to be at my house to install the doors they call and say that the doors are now too small! They will need to have them replaced and can possibly install on Friday!This was terrible service! I took my deposit back and never got my doors. I always had to call them, they never showed up when they were supposed to and they voice mail was always full!DO NOT USE THEM!!

Amazingly poor service. Glass was improperly made, and 5 appointments to correct the problem have been no-shows. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had rescently needed my bathroom fully remodeled due to its time for a new look, so i went with a frameless shower. I been looking around and calling a few places but none met my standard and price ranges i got were way too high for my budget. Called a1 and spoke with miguel who is very friendly and gave me a great estimate. Within a week it was complete and couldnt be happier with the results. I highly recommend them.
