They were very good in fixing two issues at our place. First, we had a cracked window. They ordered a custom replacement for the window section and the installation was done professionally. Second, one of our windows wouldnt stay up. They replaced the railing, which also gives the window a better seal. Great work all around! Very responsive as well.

Residential review: Sallem and Lucas were knowledgeable, professional, responsive and prompt when I reached out regarding an issue I had with my patio screen sliding door (kept falling off track/getting stuck/frame starting to warp as a result) . Because of it being warped, I thought it needed to be replaced, but it turned out to only need some minor alignment adjustments. Its been 2 days since Sallem made the adjustments and the slider is still functioning just as it should. More importantly, its functioning better than before Sallems adjustments. As a homeowner, I also now feel more knowledgeable about how to troubleshoot this issue if it arises again, and better recognize what kind of solution is necessary (adjust, repair vs replace) thanks to Sallems help. If you need this type of service, this company is very capable.I recommend to anyone interested in making an inquiry with this company (or any company) to seek details of what a free estimate entails so you are prepared for any fees that you may incur even upon an initial consultative appointment.

Sallem of Windows and Glass is a pleasant Technician and knowledgable about windows. He replaced crank handles and locks on our windows and repaired our window screens. He serviced our windows in a timely mater and was reasonably priced.We are satisfied customers and will call again.

Very, very friendly and nice over the phone while I was trying to make an appointment. Unfortunately they missed the appointment without notification. They did so again for my second try. This is really too bad because the person I spoke with both times seemed to be great. I have a feeling this might have been a situation with some disorganization and poor communication within the company but the bottom line was wasted time and disappointment for me.

Our house got break-in. The slide glass door was completely destroyed . This was on a Saturday morning. We called Sam. He responded right away and did an excellent job within a few days.
