It was actually really good! Its a little hard to find, but it was worth it. This may be one of our favorite ice cream places in the area now and will be back.

First time I’ve been to a rolled ice cream joint. Staff was friendly. Ambiance was inviting. Menu made me want everything. Place looked clean and well kept. Only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because I didn’t get everything on the menu. I’ll revisit the next time I go and try something else.

Was my first time there! Didnt know what to expect nor order and looking at the menu, I wanted everything! I ordered the Mount Pebblesbamd was super yummy! I opted out of the whip cream though since I had to drive home and didnt want a mess. The kids with me ordered a Banana Split and Cookie Master and they were quite pleased with it.Was really cool to watch them making it with the toppings then the cream and then they smooth it out. And put it together once frozen and chop it up. And then smooth it out and roll it.Will for sure go back!

Great place and awesome staff. Ice Cream rolls taste amazing. One of my favorites is the Pumpkin Spice one, but is only seasonal. So if you’re reading this in November, highly recommend it. Other flavors on the menu are delicious as well.

Rolled ice cream at its best. Gr8 flavors. Gr8 customer service. Entertaining to watch them create in front of you. Also open late (11pm) which is nice for a Friday, Saturday night.

Really cool place to go to . My kids love this place . Lots of toppings choices . My favorite is the toasted marshmallow. With all the different toppings, you can be adventurous and get something different every time. I love the rewards program they have . This place was so so so good. I usually prefer frozen dessert places where I can make my own weird mixture of yoghurts and toppings, but the end product here was so much better. There were so many options of toppings, and you can get as many as you want ! Perfect for a sugar addict like me !

Love the ice cream here. One of my favorite flavor combos is “The Romantic” minus the whipped cream. Delicious and totally worth the drive from where I live. The service can be a bit slow at times but the icecream totally makes up for it!

This place is a bit unique ... They make the ice cream on frozen plates of metal right in front of you.Tried honey dew variety and it tasted good though not sure about it being vegan friendly.The taste as well as the staff were good.Recommended to visit.

Great place! Fast, friendly service! First time eating this type of ice cream and it was AMAZING! I got the cookie master one (pictured) however for those sherbet fans I would highly recommend the strawberry sorbet! My brother got that with cream cheese bites and it was better than mine! Great variety of syrups and toppings to mix and match for everyone’s cravings!

This is my favorite ice cream shop... Ever! And I am not even a huge ice cream fanatic.They have unique options that are just the perfect combination of flavors. The taste isnt overbearing and heavy like it is the case with a lot of ice cream. Some of the best choices are brandied banana brulee, brown butter almond brittle, and salted pecan and bourbon.This ice cream is worth the wait in line.

I love it! the place has many pads or freezing tables to work with so the lines go fast. There are even tables in the back! The flavors are delicious and while making, the employees ask if you want a picture! They even leave it on long enough so you can hold it while eating unlike some places, the sauce ninja is fun too!

I got the Nutty Ninja and it was amazing. I really like how they make your ice cream in front of you with the freezer oven. It does take a little longer than other ice cream places, but the wait is well worth it. Its neat seeing the whole process and watching them chop up the ingredients like ninjas. I look forward to coming here again!

The ice cream here is delicious! The toppings are a great addition to the creamy ice cream. However, it is pretty pricey. The prices COULD be lower. Besides that, its amazing! I love trying new flavors here.

My first time visiting this place and while the ice cream was pretty good, the overall experience was not that good.Pros:1) Ice cream was tasty2) Moderately priced3) Friendly staffCons:1) Wait was way too long. Took us 48 minutes after ordering to get our 4 ice creams. (Group in front of us walked out before they got theirs or it would have been longer). 3 employees.2) Music way too loud. Had a very hard time even understanding person behind counter.3) Health violations. Watched an employee with gloves go from making ice cream to ringing up customers (on a touch screen terminal that customers sign with their fingers) to back to making ice cream for the group in front of me with the same gloves.So cool experience seeing little ice cream rolls made in front of you, but not for me.

Great experience and great ice cream! The staff was accommodating and generous with toppings. Decor is okay for a short stop and dessert pickup but not comfortable enough for a cozy stay.

This is one of the best ice creams I have ever had. The way they make the ice cream is so professional and it was very experience for me to see the ice cream the way it is prepared. I would definitely recommend everyone to explore it and give a new trill to your taste buds. Last time I ordered banana chocolate ice cream and strawberry vanilla. Walked in and student line at 8:50 p.m. after the couple in front of us had their order taken, the person walked away and started making food orders. we stayed in line waiting, assuming that they would come back to take the order since we were in before they closed, we did watch them at 9:10 go and turn off the closed sign.When someone else came in at 9:21 they told them that they were closed and werent taking any more orders. At this point we started trying to flag someone down and didnt get anyones attention until 9:30 at which point they said yeah were not taking orders bye. They had watches walk in, zenith patiently waiting, and decided not to say anything.If they mentioned this when we first came in, we would not have stayed we would have left. They made no mention of this, they didnt say anything. The weight stuff is incredibly rude for the fact that they couldnt even notify someone who came in before closing that they were no longer taking orders. Also per California law you are supposed to serve customers who come in before closing no matter what time they come in (If we were in the building at 8:59 p.m., they needed to serve us... That is California law)Ive never eaten here, I would have loved to try it... However this has left a very rotten taste in my mouth and I hope this review can give them a bit of a viewpoint.

We were introduced to kneaded, smashed and rolled ice cream by icicles. After a few visits we found frozen ninja. This is good place for having an ice cream. Portion is big, so it really cannot be had as sweet after meal, unless you have really good appetite. However we share our ice cream and it is good to have after meal. Variety is good, toppings are nice overall a good ice cream. Seating is limited and place can get crowded in evenings.

Handed out samples of Mount Pebbles while we waited in line. You can really taste the cereal if you pick one of those flavors. Friendly staff and a tasty sweet treat.

Altgoigh they did greet us once we came in the workers seemed uninterested in you until you started to order. Once they start making your ice cream roll they become more friendly.

Very unique experience, the specialty ice cream is something youd normally find on a board walk. Tucked away in the corner of a shopping center its easy to miss but worth the trip

Their yin yang rolled ice cream is super delicious. Also tried their strawberry ice cream with blueberry, strawberry, banana, and mochi toppings. Amazing! They also serve complimentary strawberry infused water.

Staff was super friendly and the ice cream was DELICIOUS!! Never had rolled ice cream begore and I wasnt disappointed. The wait was to be expected for such a popular joint but it was worth it. Would DEFINITELY visit again when im in town 👍👍

Love! Love! Love! Everytime when I come here, I always have to try a new flavor. It gets busy at some point but its worth the wait. The staffs are really friendly. They also have a rewards program with Fivestar. Cant wait to go back.

We came here for the 1st time today and it was amazing. Great ice cream and cool combinations.

I love this place so much! I got a nutella fish cone with milk & matcha swirl topped with a strawberry, sprinkles, and matcha powder. SO GOOD. The ice cream was soft and smooth, just perfect! If I lived nearby, I would definitely come here very often.
