First time here and we are very much impressed!We ordered the Cold Brew Coffee Cashew Praline on waffle cone and it was suggested by the staff. We told him upfront its our first time and he kindly described the flavors and suggested his own personal favorite. He was very patient with me and my wife ordering and they definitely have earned return customers. Great store and if youre an ice cream lover, is a must try.By the way my wife isnt really an ice cream person but loved it!

Went here twice in two days coz the ice cream was just AMAZING!Pro tip: order a split scoop and try two flavors (instead of just the single scoop!)The first order was a candycopia (a seasonal) + Cold Brew Coffee Cashew PralineBoth of these were just out of this world! The candycopia was just loaded with SO much stuff, I dont even know what to say. A lot of crunch and just really good.Kit Kats, Reeses, Snickers, Heath bars and some chocolate and PB and almonds and bourbon vanilla toffee and what not!?Coffee flavor wasnt too strong on the other (not a fan of the dark stuff here), and it had caramelized praline too; Both flavors went well together.The second time we got the Jack o Lantern Pumpkin Bread(another seasonal one) which was a pumpkin spice ice cream with actual pumpkin bread chunks and whipped cream cheese frosting too!And a LOT of pumpkin bread. Wait a beautiful flavor!The other scoop was the sea salt with caramel swirls. Im not usually a salted caramel ice cream person, but I actually really liked this one! The caramel was really rich and not too sweet either.

I came with a friend who never has been here before and he was worried about the unique flavors. Ronnie was amazing!!! She really took her time to explain to us all the flavors and even suggested good combinations so we ended up taking 2 scoops each! Even tho her co workers were rushing her the line was pretty calm and we were super happy about our experience! Totally worth the difficult parking situation and the lack of tables outside.

Nice service. Simple selection. It’s a bit pricy for a scoop of ice cream. We tried the classic honey lavender which has a nice flavor to it. The rhubarb crumble with toasted anise tasted so bland just like vanilla ice cream. It has no character to it,

The staff was absolutely great, very polite and service with a smile. They dont have the typical flavors here and the choices are limited. You can get the ice cream in a waffle cone, waffle bowl or a cup. The scoops are big, the waffle is thick so it is not going to give out as the ice cream gets soft but that also means the waffle is hard to bite into. If you are getting multiple scoops you can mix and match and they will put them in the order you want. They have pints also. It is on the pricy side.

Wow! I had the Cowboys Coffee Grinds & Bourbon and Chocolate Gooey Brownie. This place has become one of my favourites. This place is so good that they might need more people to serve because the queue is longer. But it was worth the wait.There are other flavours too and I observed that everyone who bought the ice creams are happy. Of course I’ve cream makes you happy but Salt and Straw will make you feel ecstatic. Do not miss because the price seems to be normal.TIP: Ask for samples and always go for 2 different flavours.

This is my favorite ice cream shop and most of my online orders have been pretty good with well packaged bags and the right amount of utensils with spoons, napkins, and etc. However this time I was a bit disappointed by the portion of their single scoop with split. I was only able to have a couple of bites, when I usually received it in a full cup.( See the picture; this is even before I had my first bite)

The ice cream is amazing! We got to tried a bunch of flavors and our favorite is to combine honey lavender with olive oil! The staffs are wonderful, they were just happy to help you choose and recommend flavors for your mood! They are super friendly! Highly recommend to check this location out!

Horrible experience. Yesterday I ordered a pint of olive oil icecream and a waffle cone. I asked the cashier, “ Do you have military discount?” She said “ I’m sorry. We don’t. However, I understand you and appreciate you. The cone is on me”. I said thank you and tipped and left. Today I opened the wrapper of the cone, and what I see is this burnt cone. Is it the best way to treat a customer? Is it originally supposed to be this way? I don’t understand. I want to put photos here.

Service is quick, selection is pretty unique, and the ice cream is very good. -1 star for the price though. With a $1 tip its like $8.50 for a scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone.

Loved this Salt & Straw! Not very busy and really great service. They have an order and pickup window and are still really personable even during covid times. This location didn’t have as many selections as the Portland location, but was really great nonetheless. The outside area has lots of seating and really cool lights and water features. I definitely recommend going at night!

The ice cream is great and the employee took the time to ask if anyone had food allergies. My son does has a peanut allergy, so she used a clean scooper and opened a new pint of the ice cream he wanted so she wouldnt cross contaminate. I Highly Recommend this place

Best ice cream I have ever had.

You guys need to have better quality assurance. The waffle cones are sometimes amazing and other times stale and tough. The Cocoa and peppermint patties flavor is not up to the quality that we expect. We’ve gone to several of your stores, in total over 10 times now throughout the bay area. It’s difficult to recommend your ice cream because sometimes we have a poor experience and other times one of the best ice creams.

The customer service here is always on point and they are some of the nicest workers Ive seen. I love that theyre always having new flavors coming in and out. Its also really cool that they source all their ice cream locally. They have a lot of yummy flavors.

Beautiful new store located at the Stevens Creek boulevard side of Valley Fair Mall. Technically outside the mall with a walking concourse between it and the main mall. Their ice cream is to die for and anything they make with it! Always featuring interesting flavor combinations that you would never expect.

Great takes on classic flavors and interesting combinations for the more adventurous.
