Had a fantastic time at this dealership, very straightforward, very polite, the building looks like it is their default location to shoot tv BMW commercials. Its very nice. Overall, best experience I have ever had.
I took my car in for service and felt really disappointed with the experience, especially as compared to past experiences with other luxury brands. Upon arrival I wasn’t greeted by the person I’d made the appointment with and although he was kind, the professionalism was lacking. I felt like I was being mansplaned when I explained the issue and he kept coming back with the same explanation, not taking in my experience or considering other explanations that a technical report wouldn’t show (which I later found online and with another mechanic). The emails back and fourth were just bad business practices. Layouts, signatures, verbiage, and document scanning was all very unprofessional and a bad representation of BMW as a whole. Aside from the lack of best practices, the most disturbing part was returning to the facility to retrieve the vehicle. Of 12 (or so) men, less than half had face masks on. We are still in a pandemic. BMW is a world wide luxury brand. I expect better business practices, customer service, and especially covid mask compliance at the very least. Do better BMW.
Its service good today for me...thank you so much again.
