This is possibly the best store in the city. Maria up front and the girl in floral are some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. Everyone else is always helpful and always says hi. In stock conditions are great. Produce has struggled through Co-Vid, but prior to that, always on point. Thank you

It’s frustrating that they require someone escort you to the bathroom at this location. Either Ralph’s isn’t paying its employees enough to want to deal with the restrooms, or the managers at this location are particularly elitist. I’m just completely avoiding shopping here now.

I will not shop at this Ralphs in SLO, they gave me 2 counterfeit $20 s as change and even though Im on camera receiving the 2 $20s (old bills) they denied it and didnt offer me my $40 back! Crooks.

The size of the store is awesome! Very clean and well organized. I love majority of the employees. One of the employees helped me with my coupons that didn’t come off.

I entered Ralphs to begin my Shipt shop. I was informed by shipt if there is an item I didnt find on the shelves to make sure it was not in inventory. I did just that by stopping an employee to inquire about the item. Because this employee was rude, Id asked to speak with a manager who was just as rude herself. As I tried to identify myself, the employee kept interjecting. I informed him that once a manager has taken over he has nothing more to say. He kept arguing while sticking his camera in my face. I asked for his name and employee number. When I asked customer service for use of the pen sitting on the counter he responded with a loud no! After finally getting hold of a pen he began rambling a long series of numbers while laughing and jumping up and down. The manager was of no help. I asked for her name she gave me her name called the police and said she didnt want me in her store. Unfortunately, I was shopping on behalf of my customer and needed to finish as I was already running late.I am thoroughly disgusted by this series of events. I am disappointed by the outcome.  I risk my life to serve any community in which I stand by delivering through this Covid-19 epidemic. If at anytime there is a misunderstanding I expect it to be rectified in a professional, harmonious way. This company is engaged in business with Shipt and has no right deciding whom picks up deliveries for well paying customers.  I was simply doing my job.Furthermore, the bigotry displayed against me will not be soon forgotten. Hence, please consider this a formal complaint against Ralphs manager Erica Estrada and subordinate employees involved in this horrendous situation....oh and it looks like manager Erica Estrada that I was trespassing when I was sent there to shop for a customer... Falsifying police reports huh? Dont worry Ralphs owner I will be in touch just recovering from the trauma and depression caused by this rude staff...

A wide variety of foods with great selection. Fantastic liquor selection, and a lot more Asian ingredients than some other stores in the area. They also have a pretty good bakery with a decent amount of gluten free options!

Fix your bathrooms please.

Great selection in all departments, good wine buys. Pleasant staff. Get the club card for better buys.very clean and spacious layout. Too bad the dont take Apple pay or Google pay, as part of Kroger they are trying to roll out their own competeting pay system.

This is Ralphs pretty good grocery. Its a big grocery store and has all the things that you would expect, a deli, a bakery, Meat and seafood departments.There is plenty of parking, and there is accessible parking. The one thing I have to say about Ralphs is the motorized shopping carts that they supply for people with disabilities are often not charged up or not working.All the aisles in Ralphs are nice and wide for a wheelchair, there is always a handicapped-accessible checkout stand open. Like all the Big Chain grocery stores, the number of different product selections arent as varied as they used to be.We often shop at Ralphs as its the closest large grocery store to our house and its a good store,

Just back from Tucson where I shopped at Frys (owned by the same company). I went in needing 1 1/2 pounds of ground chuck and ground sirloin. They didnt have chuck out and the sirloin was only in one pound units. I asked the butcher to make it for me just like I have been doing in Tucson and he said two things that were disappointing.He didnt have Chuck and even if he did they dont have a grinder.So I guess all the meat is shipped in already in containers and you cant get really fresh meat here. It is beyond my comprehension that a butcher wouldnt have a meat grinder.I dont blame him it has to be the store management.

This is a very large and well-equipped supermarket. It was remodeled not too long ago as of 2016. It has a fine Bakery in house and they do catering plates in house as well. There is not an internal Pharmacy. There is plenty of parking as this is part of a larger Shopping Center. You also are in close proximity to various places to eat and Sears. There is a gas station across the street a shell as well.

Nice clean store with plenty of room to move about. The store discounts and digital discounts makes your shopping experience awesome, also the store is very well stocked. My wife & I drive here from Paso Robles, thirty miles away, thank you for making our drive worth it.

Sure dont like visiting their meat and seafood department. Several times I have had difficulty finding anyone in that department to help with selecting choices from under the glass selections. Also very limited in their seafood choices.

First time shopping. All rows were easy marked and easy to find what I needed. Vegetables were nice and fresh. Prices were very affordable.

A quick stop for groceries and fast service at the cash register. Store was clean, well organized, and plenty products to chose from. Overall, a pleasant experience.

This store is clean and well lit. Prices are average. Its usually not crowded with plenty of parking. And theres a red box video rental kiosk here.

I always love Ralphs and Food 4 Less and Foods Co, and Food Max and Ralphs Signature. So Im a Uber Kroger Fan. Great reasonable priced items.

They have decent to excellent prices on staples....like fresh veggies. Thebakery does a great job on custom cakes at great prices. Friendly service.

Always a great store, just, as normal, overpriced. And damn hard to find any thing when you arent familiar with the screwed up layout of their stores.

Normal Ralphs. Pretty much the only major grocery store on that side of town.

Good store and I have always had a good checkout experience. Only four stars because once I got a sandwich that priced out more expensive than the sign at the deli stand. Only other bad thing I can say is they are overpriced compared to groceries back in Utah but thats true of all the grocery stores in the SLO/Morro Bay/Los Osos area. Some items cost a lot more than they should, even given that its California. Example is shelf-stable soymilk, way overpriced here.

Shopping at Ralphs; better prices than I anticipated, clean wide aisles. Id like to come back, changed to another market because of moving across town

The staff is always willing to help. The people in the meet department brought out 5 different tri-tip packages for me so that I could get the size I wanted.

The entire store is in dire need of updating. Their fresh fish area isnt very appealing at all. I used to shop here every other week. But now at most I stop by once every 3-4 months.

Outdated system of needing a customer loyalty card in order to get the reasonably priced goods.

They sometimes run out of their turkey/meat when it gets later in the day so then I unfortunately would have to go to whole foods to get the rest of what I need to cook. I think Sundays are the worst to go grocery shopping later in the day. Other than having to go earlier in the day to shop there, they have the usual essentials to cook meals.
