Wonderful efficient service . Definitely a 5 star Business

Am new to San Luis Obispo and was seeking a medical Doctor of Audiology who could service my Siemens hearing aids. Contacted Siemens directly, and they, without hesitation, referred me to the AHA Center. After two visits, I can safely say that Brian understands the mechanics and workings of the ear and of hearing aids better than any medical professional Ive ever worked with. After running me thru a battery of different tests, he was able to fine tune my aids to match my specific needs. And of course, he performed the normal periodic maintenance, replacing components where needed. Perhaps best of all, Brian provided me with an awesome education on the workings of the human ear and how my hearing aids perform. A WOW experience!

Very professional and informative, while still being friendly. Everything was carefully explained, all my questions and concerns were satisfied. The hearing aids I received work very well and their operation was again well described. Very supportive throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

We went to Advanced Hearing Aid Center where we met with Brian he did a hearing test on my husband and explained everything with great detail. Ann his front office person was very friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend their office.

I took a friend to Brian Bolenbaugh at Advanced Hearing Aid Center in San Luis Obispo. I cant say enough on how patient they were in explaining the different hearing aids available. In fact my friend asked Brian to speak with her son who is very persistent in wanting her to get the best aid possible. Brian was very nice to speak with him in length & told the son she needs to go to someone close to her for maintenance due to her age of 85. He recommended the one that was compatible to her cell phone which she was wearing a sample of from Grover Beach. This took about 20 min. of Brians time which we are grateful & at no charge. Thanks again to Brian.

Overall experience was superior. Ann at the front desk was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.Brian was easy to work with. He did not try to sell me a more expensive set than I needed or wanted. This is my 7th set of aides (VA, Costco, Starkey). These are the best quality product that I have purchased and Brian was the most helpful, knowledgeable, patient sales person I have had the pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this business to Anyone looking for high quality hearing instruments!

Brian is the most technically competent audiologist I have encountered. He tuned-up my hearing aids to provide a much clearer response in the range I needed most. It made an incredible improvement in my life.When my wife felt it was time for a hearing test, Brian performed his normal thorough test. He concluded that Yes, you have some age related hearing loss, but you dont need hearing aids, and probably wont for several years. I doubt that one would ever get this kind of clear analysis from the typical mall hearing aid center.

Contacted Brian Bolenbaugh for hearing test which I felt was a very complete testing. After purchasing the aids he saw me on 3 different appts. explaining the use of them. I bought an apple phone and he set up the app. for the phone. Very pleased with his performance.

Would not go anyplace else, especially with recent underhanded methods by that other competitor who tried to tarnish this business. very low class, and again, advanced hearing the best
