Peter and his team have been providing me with hearing aid services for many years. With my newest aids, I have had a bit of a learning curve due to advanced technology. I email Peter and within hours of my email (usually less), I get a concise and informative reply. If I need an in-person appointment, I’m often able to get in within a day or two. Peter takes his time with each person and makes sure everything is understood. I never hesitate to refer people to Hearing Aid Associates!

ECSTATIC WITH THE SERVICE, KINDNESS AND SO PERSONAL!! Who knew that getting Hearing Aides could be so easy, informative and you would walk out feeling fully supported and satisfied! Really love these guys! I helped my mom get her hearing aides for the first time and it was a breeze!!! Dr. Peter and his Assistant Nicole were so warm and helpful and took the time we needed so we felt like we understood it all! They handled all the billing too! I am so glad we found them!

Ive been coming here for a few years now and have always had a great experience. Peter always takes the time to sit down with you, to get an understanding of your needs. Hes thorough, knowledgeable, and it shows that he sincerely cares. He and his team are incredibly responsive as well. This was my first visit to this office after the sudden death of my previous audiologist. Megan Larson and the staff at Hearing Aid Specialists of The central Coast are terrific. They were on time, friendly and Megan was very knowledgeable. Since my hearing aids were still under warranty she suggested we send them into Oticon for a tuneup. My heart sank when I thought of going without my hearing aids for possibly 2 weeks, but Megan assured me that I could borrow some loaners while mine were being repaired. WONDERFUL! This service is such a nice touch.

The office is very nice. Peter and Nicole are awesome. Peter took his time with me, explaining my hearing loss. The pros and cons of the hearing aids that would work best for me. I have been very pleased with my selection.I look forward to working with Peter and Nicole in the future.

They take appointments only, no walk-ins, for COVID safety. My appointment was on time and my hearing aid was examined and fixed quickly. Very good service!

I have been with Peter for over 20 years and cant say enough about his integrity and willingness to please his customers. I have never given a testimonial before but have too for this person as he has earned it. My hearing is difficult from a past injury and Peter has done everything possible to accommodate my busy schedule and with a fair price. Hearing Aid Specialists provide friendly, excellent service and are very knowledgable about the products they have to offer. Mr. Lucier patiently answered all my questions about hearing aids, warranties, and financing. I was able to take a step up and purchase rechargeable hearing aids for the same price as another store was offering battery operated ones. The difference between my old hearing aids and the new ones is like the difference between a regular TV and one with HD. Also, the warranty on the aids is completely free for 3 years with no monthly premiums. Mr. Lucier adjusted the new hearing aids to suit my hearing on an individual basis according to my lifestyle. I would highly recommend visiting Hearing Aid Specialists for a hearing test and hearing aids.

I highly recommend Peter Lucier at Hearing Aid Specialists. He is very thorough, very patient and very willing to see that you get the kind of hearing aid that you need. I never felt pressured into buying something that I didnt need or want. I was able to try mine out for awhile before buying them to make sure they fit my needs and did the job and that I was happy with them. Peter patiently adjusted them for me as I was getting used to them so that I could hear optimally in different environments. When I lost the tip to one of them he quickly replaced it free of charge and checked to make sure everything else was okay.
